hello I am new to the quickbook, my field is construction, can anyone tell me how to view detailed item quantity reports from purchasing orders issued on each project, this feature is very important in knowing what item quantities are spent on each project . Cash Flow Reporting Innacurate

Hey y’all, new QuickBooks user here and I’m a bit lost. I had an invoice created in Early February. A partial payment was made on the invoice and i recorded this. I also did a bank deposit transaction to record the deposit. The issue is that this all happened in February and it’s not showing up on my cash flow statement. The invoice was due at the end of March. The amount paid was reduced from the money coming in in March but is not showing up as money in in the February section.
