I had a report made and since online was updated it no longer works. I need to continue seeing which EFT's, tax payments and cheques have not yet been cleared whenever I run the report.

Same question for creating a project.

New corporation where LHI was funded with personal resources. Need to clear negative cash balance with offsetting shareholder loan

I am having a QBD issue since I sent the accountant’s copy to our accountants. I am trying to reconcile a credit card and I get this error in the image. I can reconcile all others but this one. I reached out to support and no luck with them helping, I don’t think he understood. I just find it weird I was able to complete others before and after this account. The dates are after the dividing date and the format is correct. I have tried other dates and still the same message. Can't move past this stage but have reconciled other accounts after this one. Any thoughts? Thanks Cari

Hello, A client asked me to separate expenses on the P&L by expense sub-categories (ie: advertising/promotional, payroll, office gen/admin, bank charges, etc). This level of detail would allow them to focus on certain aspects of their P&L that matter to them most and isolate those elements. In the chart of accounts, I gave every account a detail type to correctly identify which account belongs to which sub-category. Is there a way for the P&L report to separate expenses into sub-groups based on the detail type stipulated in the chart of accounts? This would alleviate the process of having to manually do this in excel. Thank you!

Hello, Is there an option to set all the numbers under column "Amount" and "Open Amount" to be all right alignment or left alignment? I attached what I am looking at right now, and just hope that I could make my statement looks abit more consistent. Thank you for the advice.

Hi, I have discovered lately that QuickBooks is changing the status of unpaid invoices into paid and the payment method mentioned is checking although my customer did not pay and also I have not recorded the payment manually.  How I can stop this error from happening because it is very confusing to follow up on the payments if quickbooks marking unpaid invoices as paid automatically! Please help 

When i go to make new i am at number 6 but i can't seem to view the previous 5. The journal report doesn't really help as there are so many in there.

I work on a citrix server to access QBO, but sometimes I work on my workstation. On my workstation, transactions show up in my boss's username instead of mine. How do I fix this?

We have opened an account and a credit card with a new banking institution.  We are retaining our current bank as our main bank.    If I write a cheque to our chequing account at the other institution, what type of account should I categorize it to?  It will be deposited at our second bank, and then the credit card  will be paid from there.  All items charged to the credit card will already have been charged to accounts so will already show on our P&L.  Our Quickbooks Bank accounts are not linked to Quickbooks. Should we have an account called Transfer to ***?  What type of account would this be?Thank you.
