Hello Team, I am looking for a sales report, which includes the customers who purchased one particular brand from last year up to date and sort them out by high quantities of items to fewer quantities. I want to find out which customers like to purchase which brand of items, so I have a better marketing strategy. Thank you

I have a tax audit I am assisting a client with and when I try to export the GL detail all the 'Normal Credit Balance' accounts (i.e. Sales/Payables) show positive numbers in the exported Excel so the reports seems to not balance.
I am in the process of setting up the records for a non-profit organizations. We need to track the following: restricted funds, departments and grants/loans issued. I planned to use classes to track the departments and projects to track the grants/loans issued. How are other non-profits tracking restricted funds? Thanks
Hello, I am using Quickbooks Premier 2019. This is a Canadian Desktop Version. I am using this version in Pakistan and we have 3 different tax rates. I have attached a screenshot of the Manage Sales Tax. GST R charged to Registered Persons @ 17%GST UR charged to UN-Registered Persons @ 20%GST RC charged to Retail Customers Persons @ 17% Is there any way that the program can show me Sales Tax total for different sales tax rates? For example. How much tax has been collected under the GST R tax rate? I have tried using the sales tax code filter in Tax Agency Detail report but it just gives a blank report screen. Thank you in advance.
Is there a way to print a report from the Income Tracker? With YE approaching, it would be a great snapshot of the WIP and expenses. Otherwise, is there a single pre-made report that will do this? Do the unbilled time and expenses appear in the financial reports automatically? i realize there are questions about both Quickbooks and accounting generally here... thank you
Hi, I'm trying to setup multiple currency but am baffled about the balance sheet. Let's pretend on May 1 I sell $1000CAD. The exchange rate is $1CAD = $0.01USD. I deposit this money into a CAD bank account. The balance sheet shows I have the equivalent of $10USD.On June 1, the exchange rate is now $1CAD = $1USD. I still have the $1000CAD in my account. However, in QB the balance sheet still shows a $10USD balance..How do these exchange gains and losses get reflected on the balance sheet?
I managed to get rid of the $0 lines by filtering amount >= -0.01 (which doesn't make sense, but it works) but I can't find anything that will let me hide the tax lines, which are irrelevant for my purposes.
Hello; I have been recording entries such as bookkeeping or other internal and non-billable tasks in the time sheet with no service item to my company as a Customer. I would like to tally the hours spent on these items in a report, but have not been able to figure out which one or what report/ settings are needed to do so.
I have a few vehicles missing from the Fixed Asset Item list, only a trailer is listed under this list and there is nothing I can see that is different in the missing entries. All vehicles are showing under the "vehicles" account, all listed as Fixed assets and yet only one item is showing when I look in the fixed item list. I need to sell a truck and would like to use the dialog that pops up when the fixed item is listed under the Fixed Item list. I hope I am making myself clear...
Using QB Desktop Premier 2019 version. When I run the Actual Vs Budget Report, on screen the TOTAL $ for each category is directly under the amounts for each line. However when I print the Actual vs Budget the TOTAL is indented to the right. How to make the report print exactly as shown on screen with Total for each account grouping directly under it and not indented?
In QB Desktop Premier 2019 Edition, Is it possible to add a column in the Actual Vs Budget Report that to show Open Purchase Orders?
We are paid salary at work. We use timesheets to mark down our hours as some are COGS and some is overhead. My boss would like to be able to allocate this in QB but does not want to: A - split up the salary amount into hourly amounts for timesheet entries or pull time entries onto paychequesB - have itemized billing for our clients as they pay one amount for consulting for the entire month (pull in billable time)C - do journal entries Is it possible for him to job cost the varying amounts without having to do any of the above tasks so that the part of our salary directly related to customer:jobs will show up on reports?
We are suffering from the two digits only%2C it appreciated if you update the old and new verions to 3 digits.
