I am unable to connect to my HSBC account. I cant access the page at all through MAC or android OS and when I do it through windows I get the following message: Something unexpected happened and we can't connect to HSBC bank (UK) -Personal Banking. try again in a few hours. (590) I have been trying now for several days, with no luck. This is just one in a string of problems I have had with my bank transactions. Infact, it hasn't worked smoothly sine I first subscribed to quickbooks, almost a year ago.
It does update the current account feeds automatically though. So the system tells me that it is working.
anybody else suffer with this nonsense? how did you fix it? quickbooks keep saying they've fixed it but haven't.
Is it possible for a user that has a limited report view only access on Quickbooks to refresh the bank feeds? With open banking these need to be refreshed every 90 days and I am wondering what the easiest solution is to give access to our clients to enable them to do this but also to ensure that they don't start posting transactions themselves. Appreciate some feedback on how other people are managing this. Thanks.
