I'm new to QB and I have linked my bank account and credit card to QB and have found that loads of my expenses are coming up as income and are in green. I'm not sure what I have done wrong - can someone help me?

A client has received a payment from a client of which, when applied to outstanding invoices, there is an overpayment of about £6,000. How do I record this and do I have to account for the VAT element as well. We want to apply the overpayment to ongoing invoices that are due to go out soon. Hope this makes sense, thank you
I have two card transaction on one day, the first was for £15 and the second a refund of £30. So my card provider has charged me £15. This is shown in the QB account via the bank feed. How to I match the invoice of £15 and the expense of £30 to reconcile this? Thanks
HiI've got a payment into a bank account of £11 towards an undeposited funds amount of £12.95. How do I allocate it towards this and leave the remaining £1.95 for allocation at another time? Thanks Doug

Can I connect our Sagepay to QuickBooks online?
I've been trying to reconcile my bank account for February and just doubled checked the opening balance to make sure it's correct but I realised it's wrong. I can only see how to edit the ending balance. How can I change the opening balance so it's correct?
I reconciled my bank account - zero difference - but afterwards QuickBooks still shows a wrong amount as it's including 'uncleared transactions' that were correctly excluded from the reconciliation. Can anyone explain how to remove these, please?
Since the coop moved to open banking yesterday the bank feed is not working. I disconnected the bank feed and reconnected. It allows me to enter all my information and says that the connection has been successful but then the message is coming up We’re having trouble getting your bank data. Please try again later. (355).Is this a problem that is being dealt with by quickbooks?
When I take money from the business account and transfer to my personal account as my self-employed wage, how do I categories this?It defaults over to business tab with wages but feel this is not correct. Many thanks
HiI am new to online QBs (transferred over from Desktop) My issue is that a customer has overpaid us. So when I go through banking transactions to match the payment the specific invoices I have a remaining balance. I want to leave the amount on our customers statement as the overpayment is pennies.When I go through resolution at the bottom of the screen, I select the customer account and then Accounts Receivable when I then press save I get an error telling me that I need to specify a VAT rate. I have tried selecting my Out of scope VAT rate (as this does not get reported on the VAT return and is how I have managed to post other non-VAT amounts such as wages) but I then get an error saying that I can not specify a VAT rate for Accounts Recievable!Any ideas as to what I need to do, TIA
trying to generate a report on a specific product (or item) to show which customers who have been invoiced for that item still have open balance.We've successully generated a report, but Open Balance column shows as £0.00 whether invoice has been paid or not...We can modify the report to only show those invoices which are unpaid, but it is not very useful as it doesnt show how much is outstanding (ie. all or part of invoice, which may be as little as a couple of dollars or euros in bank fees, or as much as the entire invoice) can you help?

I need to renew my connection between my Self Employed app and my Monzo Business account. All proceeds well through Self Employed and Monzo until I've authorised it with Monzo, and it tells me to go back to QuickBooks Self Employed. I do so, and I just get a blank screen. Nothing loading, no message, just nothing. I'd attach an image of the screen, but there's no error code, no text at all, just nothing. When I reopen my Self Employed app, it still needs reconnecting. How can I fix this and go back to tracking my tax? Thanks.
