Further to previous issues with QBO's open banking to MetroBank, this had appeared to be resolved and was working as off Thursday last week (17th September). However I have been trying to update my bank account this morning and the connection appears to be down again. Is anyone else experiencing problems with the MetroBank connection again?
Have been getting the following Error for the past three days on our CAF Account "Sorry, we can't update your account. Please wait a few hours and try updating again (163).We reported this and will notify you when it's fixed" Could you help resolve ??
I can't connect QBO to my Metro Bank account. I got a 102 error but have been getting it for 3 days. Metro say there is nothing wrong. I have tried reconnecting my account to Metro and I get this which I suppose is another version of a 102 error. What is going on. I'm a bit fed up with Metro and QB blaming one another. Please can someone tell me what the actual problem is and when it will be fixed, or I'm just going to have to swap to Xero instead.

Hi my banking rule for deposits in my automatic bank feed was setup to post to the "Sales Account" in the P&L. I have changed the rule to go to Debtors account .How do I correct the historic mispostings in the sales account as they should be matched off against Debtors . Many thanks for any suggestions
Hello, Having Issues with my balance showing £-91.80. If I delete the account then it shows up 91.80 in the balance report. Any ideas?
Hi, I have different accounts in various currencies with Transferwise, that I connected to Quickbooks. One is in USD. On the dashboard and else, the amount deposited in USD shows as GBP as bank balance while it is actually only USD, and the equivalent in GBP in Quickbooks in GBP (that's normal). I went to chart of accounts to change it, but the currency box is greyed, and doesn't offer me to change the currency to USD. Any idea ?On a separate note, I cannot reach the chat, the box opens, but then it's blank. I must have tried 30 times now. Thanks a lot.
