What should I do in my bank reconciliation when there is a difference in Quickbooks but it is already the same in the bank statement?

The beg bal and the ending bal are the same with the bank statement. Even the deposits and payments are match with the bank statements.

Hi there, I just want to learn from other users in Canada who use PayPal to receive payment and pay expenses a lot: How do you, or what is the easiest way to connect Quickbooks to PayPal? I was trying to download IIF file from PayPal but PayPal only allows downloading completed payment.
