quickbook online is working very slow why?
I had my AMEX account linked to quickbooks (Amex EUR, Finland), but the authorization period run out. I tried several times to reconnect, but it did not work. Then, I found advice to delete the account and relink it as new. I managed the deletion just fine, but am still unable to reconnect the account. Does anyone have any advice? This significantly reduces the utility of Quickbooks for me.

@RazzieEI clicked on the Contact Us box and the only option is ask the community. I am trying to cancel my QB global account so that I can set up a USA account. I've tried canceling the subscription but it's free. So it's not letting me cancel. But I can't set up the USA one with this incorrect global subscription in the way.

I had to close my business account today and, after opening a new account, I’m trying to see if I can either continue with my old checking ledger without setting up a new account in quickbooks. Or if I can migrate my old ledger into the new account. Thank You
Quickbook performing slow
Since switching from a 4 digit PIN to an alphanumerical passwrod I can no longer connect my Quickbooks transactions to my Tangerine Bank as Quickbooks is still prompting me for a PIN and wont accept my password. I spoke with Quickbooks last week and they said its not their problem it's on Tangerine.... I spoke with Tangerine and they said it's on Quickbooks to fix.... I went back to Quickbooks and they said they'll look into it - surely I can't be the only person finding this problem? Frustrated that the only way i cna log a complaint is to use the chat/phone call options and have to explain it all again for a third time. Has anyone else found this?
Hello, I am trying to take the QuickBooks Online Certification exam, but the exam page is not displaying correctly. Instead of the normal interface, I only see raw code placeholders such as {{submit_button_text}}, {{translate}}, and other template text. I have already tried: Using both regular and incognito browsers (Chrome and others) Clearing cache and cookies Disabling extensions and pop-up blockers Testing on different browsers Despite this, the issue persists and I am unable to start the exam. Every time I try to start the QuickBooks Online training, the module does not display correctly. Instead of the actual training content, I only see raw template code with placeholders such as {{item.term}}, {{kc_modal_options.titleText}}, and {{knowledge_correct == 'correct' ? 'Correct' : 'Try Again'}}. I have already tried: Using different browsers (Chrome, Safari) Clearing cache and cookies Disabling extensions such as ad blockers Unfortunately, the issue persists. It looks like the SCORM package or LMS is not rendering properly and is showing the unprocessed script instead of the training material.
