ID: [removed] First of all why is there no voice call support for the existing customers. How am I supposed to make my issues? For the past 5 days I'm struggling to update the payment detail and therefore my account is suspended stopping all my work. And this an accountant version which means all my clients books are are also affected. Is someone going to call and tell what is happening?
If you already have 1 license for QB Online Plus, can you add new company files with out a new license for each or is this only done with desktop versions?
