The sign-in experience for the QuickBooks Community uses the same single sign-on process as the QuickBooks Help site. This experience allows for more personalisation and is a great feature to have available for our Community members! Since the SSO experience is integrated across both the Community and the Help site, when you sign in to either, you'll be signed in to both. The sign-in process is easy: Enter your email address (this should be your Intuit account email - the same one you use for QuickBooks.) If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to enter your password. (Again, you use the same one as your other Intuit accounts.) If you have visited the Community before and have the "Remember me" box ticked, you just have to enter the validation code we send instead of your password. And that's it! The users have standard all access accounts. I may not make them company admins. Is there part of the custom user set up that allows this?
Does anyone know how to get rid of the open leads / work requests / referrals / reviews and testimonials in the CUSTOMERS & LEADS Overview screen. We do not use, they are inactive and take up too much screen with the more important accounting information way down the page
This has been bugging me for months. I access QBO through a web browser on my phone or tablet. When I create an invoice then tap in any of the service item fields (Service Date, Product/Sevice, Item/Service Code etc), the keyboard pops up from the bottom of the screen then immediately disappears. I am unable to enter anything into the Service/Product line. I've tried clearing the browser cache, deleting all cookies and other site data. I've tried three Android keyboards, Gboard, Samsung Keyboard and Swiftkey. The problem occurs on both my phone (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra) and tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, both around one year old and fully up to date. It happens in landscape and portrait mode.
When I upload it just gets on trying and I have to come out of the app. I've emailed but received no reply!

When importing invoices to QBOnline, why is the default custom template not used now? This used to work up to 12 July 2025, but since 19 July 2025 any imported invoices use the QB standard template, which doesn't include our necessary information. The workaround seems to be to manually change the design of each imported invoice to use the custom template. But this is totally impractical if there are many invoices.
We have recently closed a bank account in a foreign currency; the Bank reconciliation (which is in the non-sterling amount) always balanced, and Chart of accounts showed nil balance in the account (in the non-sterling currency) on the date the account was closed / date of last transaction. Then my accountant, noticed a remaining GBP balance in this account but in Trial Balance. I have meticulously been posting each transaction in this foreign currency bank account to correspond to the correct FX daily rate in the home currency (based on our bank rates and not Quickbook rates) so I do not understand why there is a remaining GBP ££ value in this account in Trial Balance, when Chart of Accounts showing nil $$. The accountant posted a journal to clear the GBP amount from the Trial Balance (since the account is empty and now closed) but now this GBP amount is in Chart of accounts, which is no longer nil $$.Anyone has any explanation what may have happened there? I used Quickbooks Pro 2010 desktop version before and now start the Quickbooks Online version. I want to bring my company file online. Quickbooks is suggesting that I can do that in 3 steps: 1 Head to QuickBooks DesktopUnder the Company menu, select the option to export your company file to QuickBooks Online.2 Choose what to bring overAt this step, you can decide what data to bring over and even choose the QuickBooks Online company you want it to go to.3 Review what came overOnce your company file’s exported, you’ll get an email. All you have to do is, come back to QuickBooks Online and review the data we brought in for you. Unfortunately because of having a new lapto I don't have access to the Quickbooks desptop version anymore. I do have the company file. So, any suggestions on what to do to get this comany file uploaded online? Your help is much appreciated.
currently the app i have downloaded says page not available and wont let me track my mileage. all is fine on the desktop but not my iphone. how do i overcome this problem?
