Once you map to the tax codes and press next , nothing happens. it doesn't even allow you to move onto the next screen. This is only in the Australian version of Quickbooks online. It has been working, now has stopped?
After i open Proadvisor Tab i can see two options - Benefits and training. But once i click on training nothing is opening. A green circle is the only thing there on the page. Can you please help me?

I sent in a request to QBO 2 weeks ago, followed up a week ago, no luck. I have tried 3 browsers on 5 computers on multiple logins including incognito mode and cleared the cache. I am able to clear the letters on some items, however, this does not impact the outcome - I cant update pricing. I am desperate for assistance please. Yes this has been escalated with Intuit.
I have been assigning bank deposit to a location for Location reporting, but it seems I no longer can. Was this removed from the new interface? Or am I missing something?

It was working fine until Sunday 25th May. On Monday morning I noticed Payroll section is saying "Enable Payroll". Tried in new browser, different laptops. Contacted QB Support but no any help from them, just telling escalated from last 5 days. It's impacting my business as I can't do payrun and all. Please help!
