Hi,I wanted to see if others were encountering the same issues. The last two days have been difficult for us to access our online account. It either is super slows, says we're unsubscribed (we are not) or get this message: "An unexpected error has occurred. We need the ability to schedule ANY invoice, not just recurring transactions. This basic function has been standard in email clients like Gmail for years. I've noticed this question raised repeatedly over the past four years without any updates to the program. Another feature that users would appreciate is the ability to perform progressive invoicing with custom forms. This feature could significantly streamline invoicing processes, allowing for a 50% deposit, followed by invoicing for a 40% interim payment, and concluding with a final invoice for the remaining 10%. This could greatly improve our users' experience with QBO.
I want to add the option of receiving a verification code by email so I can access my account on my iPad, not my phone for better viewing capabilities.Currently am only able to get the code by text which doesn’t work as I am out of the country and not able to receive text messages.Phone calls also don’t work.Two step verification is turned off.
All my bank feeds from 2023 disappeared for my Visa and Chequing accounts. I've been on the phone 3 times with customer service and no solution. Customer service suggested I get my .csv statements from RBC but I can't get them for 2023 since it was too long ago.I figured this must be an error so I started a new Quickbooks account and the exact same error are happening. I ever deactivated my 2FA for my RBC to see if that would help but nothing. Really confused and getting frustrated since my book keeping was almost done.Any advice here? Thank you so much.
I currently have quickbooks online with 5 different companies/ subscriptions.I am closing 2 companies and plan to cancel those 2 subscriptions.How long can I access the data of closed companies on Quickbooks on line if I keep the other 3 companies/ subscriptions?Please Advise

Quickbooks does not offer an option for people who can only write to contact the account manager or sales team, the only way is to call them. This is discriminating and should be addressed.
