I've been using the "Give feedback" feature for about a year, in QuickBooks Online Advanced. I have never been able to "take a screenshot" using the tool. I always get a message window showing the tool attempting to take the screenshot, and then a "Whoops!" message window indicating that something went wrong. I always end up having to take screenshots manually, then uploading, which is time-consuming. Does anyone else experience this issue? I wish they'd improve the "Give feedback" tool so that it worked properly.
A customer paid by echeck. Their system indicates the funds were withdrawn. The funds are shown in our bank account in QB. However, our bank has no record of the funds being deposited.

I'm using the QBO APP. It's separate from QBO through the web browser. I use it for two companies. My question only affects one company because the other company works fine. The left side navigation bar won't open. When I click on the 3 lines with the tiny arrow to try to open it, it just shifts back and forth with each click. I'm guessing I need Tech Support, but I don't know how to contact Tech Support. I can't access any of the categories to work in the APP. Like I said, in the other company I use it for, it works fine. Not sure why this new one doesn't and I don't find any help regarding this in the community. I've tried reloading it. I've tried clearing all cookies and rebooting the computer. I can't get it to open. TIA,Paula

I have created a custom report and want to view it as a chart. I have taken the online tutorial for viewing a report as a chart but do not see Select Chart View option in the report. Do I need special permissions to see this option. Thanks

My Business information is inaccurate. I had to update everything. I can't find previous invoices from clients. its just not working right. Hi, After updating my iPad QB app, I noticed that I am unable to select classes while categorizing transactions now. I still have class tracking enabled in my settings. Any help is appreciated
Please excuse my total ignorance, but I'm trying to figure some things out for the company that I work for and none of us are super computer savvy and I don't know accounting stuff very well - but: Our company has a small retail store and showroom and we are now using Shopify Retail POS there. We also have a big Service Department and we've never had a good service program to streamline things and have access to helpful tool and features, etc. We are running Shopify POS into QB Desktop 2024 and I'm trying to figure out how to best manage the inventory. We are looking in intergrate a service program such as Bluefolder or House Call Pro or something similar and the tracking of inventory makes my head spin a bit. To me personally it seems like we could use QB Desktop as the "Parent" software and input and pull inventory out of there. I was told that QB Desktop 2024 doesn't do inventory, but I'm reading otherwise online. Shouldn't we be able to

HI if I need to write off an inventory item due to a loss or damage etc what is the correct way so that it shows im out the cost of the item as well as the quantity? It seems if the adjustment on hand using the Cost of goods sold account I dont see any change in my P&L or loss? Please help...
I have already been paying this contractor direct deposit for 2+ months. They receive an email that the deposit is happening but there's no option for them to view their paystub. I also don't have the option to re-invite them to join the QB workforce
Hello,This is not the first time I have had trouble matching. Sometimes when I go to match it only allows me to choose a bill and not expense for some reason. Then before I think a few I changed to bills and a few I just deleted everything and created the expense upon posting. This time here is the scenario: I wrote a check manually on Sept 26 and got a handwritten receipt for which I promptly uploaded to Receipts and created an expense. When it posted Sept 30, I tried desperately to match this transaction to the expense to no avail! I double checked the amount and the date and the account I wrote the check from. nothing. Then I decided to try creating a bill. nope. Then I tried to "mark as paid" the bill. Nope. Then I tried to move the bill date to Sept 30, nope. What is going on and how can I get this to match?
