Does anyone have any insight on why for the past several weeks when I run a weekly payroll on Wednesday to pay employees on Friday, the money is not in their bank account until later in the day? I tried calling support 3 times and basically didn't get an answer or any insight. They said their policy is they can pay any time on pay day up until 5 pm. I understand why this policy exists but this is only a recent issue and I have never had delays on direct deposit where I had to even look into this. The client is very upset and they blow up my phone early in the morning on pay day. I would prefer to keep them on QuickBooks Online Payroll but they are asking to switch to ADP payroll because they know it is bs to tell someone that their direct deposit will go in anytime on pay day when for decades and with multiple different payroll companies, that doesn't happen unless you are doing a special payroll. This is really frustrating and I hope someone can help as QB support has been 0% on this this far.We are in the process of purchasing a company that currently runs on Quickbooks Enterprise v23 i believe,They want to keep their instance of QB. We have now tried multiple ways and failed in trying to import that data into our instance, We only want to export the last 5 years of data from Enterprise. We have a new instance of Quickbooks Online Advanced and the current dataset is on Quickbooks Enterprise v23 Here is the list of data we want to import:1. Customer Data2. Customer Transactions3. Items4. Vendors5. How can I create a report that shows sales that includes by Job Type? I know how to filter by Job Type, but I don't want to filter I want to report the Job Type so that it shows as a column heading. For example, if I have residential, commercial, and retail job types I would like to report what last year's annual sales was for each job type. Thanks!

I recently received an email from Intuit (yes, I verified it is real and has a case ID) stating that my account will be sent to collections in 10 days. I am contacting you immediately because I want to resolve this balance, but I have been unable to do so despite repeated attempts. I have spent hours on calls and chat with your support team. I have been transferred multiple times, but no one has provided me with a direct way to make payment. My account billing section also does not display a payment option. To be clear: I am willing and ready to pay. However, I cannot find a legitimate way to complete the payment, and I am concerned about being unfairly reported to collections while I am actively trying to resolve this matter. Please: 1. Provide me with a secure payment link or instructions to immediately pay the balance.2. What is the best way to direct deposit partnership guaranteed payments? Can these payments be automated in payroll for the partners? Meaning that when the w2 employees get paid, the partners will also get paid via direct deposit and all deductions related to benefits (401k etc) are automatically taken out as it is done for the w2 employees. We have a small business. I am currently searching for a health insurance plan. One of our employees does not currently have insurance. I would like to help them with medical bills. I have been researching laws for Ohio. It looks as if I could just do a bonus, but take taxes out of it. Do I need to set anything up differently with Quickbooks? Received this notice last week, but the Bank of America - New bank feed doesn't work - unable to recognize log-in information. Any ideas for troubleshooting? Bank of America was no help. When I see the payroll dates, I cannot go back to the one I missed and want to enter paper check info.
My client is new to QBO. She filed and paid her own payroll taxes the first quarter she was in business, then got everything entered into QBO, she thought, so that QBO would automatically file and pay her payroll taxes and forms. The following quarter, QBO gave her a warning that they had attempted to file and pay her state unemployment but could not. The warning said she was supposed to file and pay manually (the wrong tax id was entered in QBO). She filed and paid manually, then entered the corrected tax ID in QBO. HOWEVER, QBO went ahead and paid the unemployment tax again. Now there is an overpayment, and we just need QBO to acknowledge that credit and not pay the next quarter of state unemployment tax. She called QBO and was told that she needs to request a refund from the state. That seems ridiculous, as it would be much faster to just apply the overpayment to the next quarter and not pay the amount accrued. There should be a way to enter
I've used QuickBook Enhanced Desktop payroll for three years. Just today I'm getting an error saying "Enter an email address in the to field". I've verified all employees have emails entered and that there are no errors. Anyone else experiencing this issue? I've ran all of the updates.
