I have one customer where when I try to create an invoice the billable time is no longer showing. It shows when I create an invoice for any other customer, it's just this one customer where it does not show in the Suggested Transactions sidebar. I verified that there are some timesheet entries for this customer (in projects that are under this customers name) and they are marked as billable, but they are no longer showing for this customer. This used to work for this customer but something has changed.

All, In my organization we would like to silently install QuickBooks Enterprise Silver via SCCM to our authorized users. Does the QuickBooks installer have silent arguments documented somewhere? Regards,Brandon
In my quickbooks online set up, it states that deductions for union dues should be set as "other" deduction, but the default for "other" deduction does not have any of the boxes checked for taxes, and they should be taxable? How do I determine which tax boxes to check?
WHEN I TRY TO SEE MY BILLINGS A SQUARE WITH THE MESSAGE 'SOMETHING´S NOT QUITE WELL' APPEARS
Upgraded to 2021 Desktop Mac and have been using it for a while now. But lost my head and accidentally entered several POs in my 2019 version. Is there a way to import them into the 2021 data file?
I'm new to using QB Payroll. When I did the Onboarding process, my employees had already received a couple of paychecks. It had me enter that information and one of the localities was being deducted as of that time at 0.5% and the paychecks done on QB so far have kept the same rate. I've just found out that it's supposed to be 2% and can't find any way to fix it or change it. I talked to somebody on the phone who told me as long as I have the local EIN entered that the rate will be adjusted automatically. I don't know if that's the case with the local rate especially being that this is a small community with everything being done on paper. I just know now that this tax rate has been wrong for a long time and this employee always owes a significant amount of local taxes at the end of the year as a result. So, I guess my question is, will the local tax rate be automatically updated?
i like the feature to link purchase orders to sales orders. is it possible to link previous purchase orders to sales order that were created prior to this new feature?
Hello, community. Hope I can get some clarity on guidance for the next solution to my specific user case. I run a professional services (civil engineering) firm and we are fully integrated with QOB (Timesheets, accounting, payroll). We are running our company under accrual settings in QBO but I have the following issue: For some of our clients, our billing cycles include time from two months. When a invoice is created from the time imported from Tsheets) the invoice generated can and will include time activities for say July and August. QBO uses the invoice date to recognize all revenue, meaning all the time activities (spanning two months) are recorded say for August (if the invoice is created during that month) instead of identifying that some of the revenue/time activites within that invoice should be recognized across two months (July and August). Currently, we are following the standard process and doing the journal entries to adjust the accounts a
Our commercial customers used to receive the estimates and invoices sent from quickbooks. Now they are no longer receiving them and it is causing missed payments.
What was your experience transferring all the data to online version?
I am trying to change my company address however it keeps giving an error message. How do i go about changing it
Our Maryland State Payroll Tax payments this month were rejected with the Issue listed as "FEIN and CRN combination does not match the account. We have not changed any account information so do not know what the problem would be. We have occasionally had rejected payments which appeared to be a problem at with the State of Maryland. We did "Void" the initial rejections and resubmitted the payments, only to have them rejected for the same reason again. So is this a QuickBooks Payroll issue or a State of Maryland issue? Neither one is easy to access for Customer Service.

I have QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021, MS Excel 2016 64-bit. Both applications are up-to-date, and work well independently.. When I run "Tax Form Worksheet" report (Reports -> Employee & Payroll -> More Payroll Reports in Excel -> Tax Form Worksheets), I get following error. I don't have QuickBooks Payroll subscription, but that is not required to run these reports in Excel. I have reinstalled/repaired QuickBooks multiple times. Some discussions on internet (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/reports-and-accounting/excel-2019-compatibility-with-qb-desktop-pro-2019/00/289947) suggests the compatibility issue between QuickBooks Pro-2021 and 64-bit Excel. However, this article (https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/manage-integrations/microsoft-office-2010-2013-2016-and- 365-faq/00/262207) suggests that 64-bit Excel 2016 is compatible with QuickBooks
I need proof that I a quickbook subscription in PDF format
