I have Quickbooks Self-Employed/Turbo Tax bundle subscription. As of 2/8/2026, my transactions from Etsy stopped automatically importing.

I'm missing bank transactions for the last 6 months of 2025. I do have before and after. How can I retrieve these automatically?

Everytime I get a payment on an invoice above $5,000 it gets flagged for review.....why?

I recently switched from QBSE to QBO. At the time of the switch, while I was still using QBSE, I had some invoices which had been paid to my linked bank account that I had not manually change from overdue to paid.Now that I am in QBO, I can see the payments to the linked bank account. The invoice statuses are listed as overdue. I am unable to connect the payment to the invoice so that the statuses change to deposited.I have tried using the record payment action in the invoice view without success.  

Accounts wont sync even though I have successfully relinked multiple times. It still shows as unlinked. I have tried the "Fix It" link with no change.

Mortgage interest and utilities entered as expense transactions for Home office get pulled through into the calculator, but repairs and maintenance (home office) and a few others do not.

My Square transactions were not matching up with my sales in QBO.  I talked with a live expert (actually multiple experts) and was told that I needed to upgrade to the Square Connector app.  I went in and disconnected the original app and went through the steps to get the new app.  I keep getting an "oops, it's not available" and try again later.  Now I have no app connected and it is still not available.  I am supposed to get an email when the issue is fixed, but this has been days, and my square transactions are piling up.  Is anyone else dealing with this and have you heard anything about a timeframe?

I have never had to file these forms before, what is a good source for this filing

I have 3 quickbooks accounts. I am trying to make one login access and primary admin over all 3. I have 2 right working right now. The third seems to be in a glitch. I delete a old primary admin, it shows deleted. then I send a invite to the main account i want to control all 3 accounts, I get the invite and accept it. i then go back to make that user the primary admin and the old email/user pops up. i have tried 3 times now. I tried different browsers and it still does this. Why?
