I have QB online and it was very slow in loading. It occured to me that if it should go down I don't have a copy of my accounts. How can I download a copy to my computer?

Hello all, For various reasons, I have received an early payment credit on my company HMRC PAYE account. I would like to account for this in Quickbooks to reduce my HMRC liabilities account as QBO is currently showing a small liability (equivalent to the HMRC interest credit) which does not exist. This interest payment does not pass through any company account (e.g. bank or cash at hand) and so it is unclear how to record it. How can I record the HMRC interest payment so as to reduce the liability correctly. Thanks

Can I change my existing QBO advanced UK subscription to the US version without any impact on my data? I don't use any taxes/regions specific features.Every day I work with workflows and Excel Spreadsheet sync option, I find out issues. In nutshell, I cannot use the Excel sync option at all in the UK version.

Hi! I've moved from doing self-employed one day a week whilst PAYE on a few other days to now fully self-employed. This has been over two tax years. I've therefore paid tax and NI via PAYE for the tax year 2023/2024 but not for the self-employment work I've done. There isn't anywhere as far as I can see within quickbooks to account for this. I also need presumably to check with HMRC whether within my PAYE tax code my professional registration exemption applies or whether I can claim it via self-employment?  Many thanks!

I am using QBO advanced UK version and I am trying to use batch transaction for expenses however, there are only sale and sale receipt options, there is no option to do batch transactions for expenses. Is it because of the QBO version I am using?I find so much issues with the UK version and it makes my client so disappointed when they compare the features with the US version. I met the QBO product engineers quite a long time ago and they promised they would get back with a responses but they disappeared too

QB 2010 keeps saying my licence is invalid, but I've been using it for 14 years!

Hi I'm a tiny new business.  I've made profit and being a sole trader, I've transferred money from my qb linked account to my personal account (not linked). I've put the transaction under "owners withdrawal".  My issue is that quickbooks doesn't take this from my balance but my personal bank account does.  My qb balance therefore doesn't reconcile with my bank.  What am I doing wrong ? I use self employed QB

Error says ' something's not quite right, an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again.' I have retried multiple times & tried reconnecting but the message is still on there & not updated ban info.
