I want to view one of my bank accounts in QB, including all deposits and withdrawals. Some of them have been reviewed and added, others have not. How can I do this please?

Hi I normally submit my CIS suffered via an EPS return on the 19th of the month however the EPS has not appeared in the payroll tax centre this month 

My sub accounts aren't displaying when trying to enter a cash sale, however, they are showing in the full account list.  Help!

I am trying to adjust first return on the cloud system and need to adjust output and input tax as some items where in the previous period but entered after submitting previous return . Started to put the adjustment in but it ask for an account and I do not understnd what account it needs . Quick book support was no help

I had to amend the NI contribution for an employee who reached state pension age in Month 3 and I had processed Month 4. I tried to correct by unlocking the payroll for months 3 and 4and changing the NI category from A to C. However, I received error message 7865. So how do I correct this?

Hello, We have recently moved to Quickbooks online after using the desktop version for years.  We have found out that all the attachments from the desktop version do not migrate across, so this means we still need read only access to the old data within the desktop version for at least a year for audit and reference purposes.We have now been told that access to the desktop version will be turned off within 7 days, and support don't seem to be very helpful.Has anyone else had this problem? We just need read only access, as we are now paying for Quickbooks online - surely we don't still need to pay for the desktop version just to access the documents that don't transfer to online. How do we get continued access to this data?Any help will be appreciated.

How can i identify all closed period on QuickBooks Desktop 21.0? 

Cleared the account activity thinking the bank account was a duplicate but it has reset all my data. Is there a way I can recover the account from yesterday.

I had a bank connection issue - after re-connecting I had a duplicate account. As the value was incorrect I deleted one of them (as its only one account) . This morning however I checked as I had an invoice which I needed to sort out and it showed my total earnings to date is £25 - all my previous transactions have been deleted too it seems. I need Quickbooks to re-install it again as if I do it manually I will bound to make an error and its for my tax purposes important its done correctly.I can't speak to a person as the message when call tells me they are on holiday!!!

Hi. Please can you help. I usually claim Employment Allowance for each year, but missed the tax year 06/04/2021 to 05/04/2022. Please can you tell me how I can claim this retrospectively? I believe HMRC need it sent via  a submission through payroll called an Employment Payment Summary (EPS) but I can't see how I can do this for a previous year. Many Thanks.
