My husband took out a personal loan at the bank, he deposited the money into the business and withdrew the cash to pay for a vehicle. The business is paying the loan back to the bank. How do I record all of this into QuickBooks?
Pay run done as normal = $800 but he wants $100 deducted to pay his outstanding bill. So if I deduct from his pay the amount that will show in the bank account to allocate to wages will be $700 so how do I show the $100 to allocate to his outstanding invoice?
Hello,I have been using QuickBooks self employed for a few years without issue until last month. For some reason my monthly subscription through the apple app store did not go through and I got a message on the app saying that I need to renew, So I did that and payment went through and has been received by QuickBooks I assume as my bank account has been debited . However, I am still unable to access my account, it says that I still need to subscribe.
Why does it not allow you to add another email addreses when putting in the new customer details?You can add them manually once you open the customer for an invoice/quote.

Hi Friends, For a month, I did not pay to my casual employee because they were not available to work. My question isabout pay lodgment to ATO. 1- Should I lodge it as 0.00 pay run? OR I shouldn't do anything? 2- Should I get any problem with ATO if I didn't report 0.00 pay run? Harry
I cannot adjust rows in quickbooks online by dollar amounts or %'s as we could in QBDesktop. We have seasonal changes to just making each month the same number is worthless for us. Can QBO please allow rows in budgets by %'s or $? Please. Otherwise we have to take each row and manually do the math and adjust each month this way. We have 256 categories in QB. so that is 3072.00 individual calculations to have a workable budget we can use. Please please please change this.

I've created a quote for services over 12 months. This has been accepted by the client, contract signed, and is based on billing each month. How do I show this as A/R on my balance sheet? Do I have to create 12 separate invoices now with invoice dates for each month? My preference is to show the the total contract amout as A/R, and generate invoices monthly as they're due. Seeking clarity on how to manage this (as it will be ongoing with the nature of my work).GW
Can anyone advise why an existing annual subscription including 1 payroll is $544.99 but a new subscriber taking the same is only charged $459.29?I am unsure why there a penalty for remaining a loyal customer.Why do I continue to pay annually as opposed to lapsing for a day and then getting the lower price as a new subscriber?I believe the data is available as long as I have a current subscription or is that not true do I have to have a continuing subscription ?
We don't keep all customers that get exported from service M8,so i need to be able to deactivate them once i have processed invoice that comes through from service M8. the button i pressed as of yesterday has disappeared since the upgrade over night of the edit section

I believe I made the wrong account for our company. I made an Accountant profile and uploaded all of our customers and created invoices on there, realizing that I am no accountant and only need a small business account. Can I transfer data between the two?
How do I get it to hide the rows without creating a customized report?
