There is no landed cost module in QBO UAE version. Tried to do alternatively, through direct bill bookcing, Unit cost successfuly changed, but quantity duplicated. Any idea to to fix this or what is a right way to do it?

An over-payment received from an imported payment is handled by clicking the resolve option, this saves the payment as a deposit. When I generate a statement or a receipt the over-payment is not included. How do I fix it so that the over-payment is saved as credit not deposit

I was online with 1st support person Eltha going thru troubleshooting more then 20 min. Very deep and chat connection error. I have to create new chat log with 2nd support staff Kelvin and have to re-explain 20min history before he able to work on the case. Both of the support staff was helpful but become ineffective when chat connection become issue.
