Im trying to contact support via chat but when typing my phone number it tells me that the phone number is not valid

Hello, I’m currently unable to export or preview my estimates (quotes) as PDF files in QuickBooks Online. Whenever I click Print or Preview, the window shows the message: “Failed to load PDF document.” I’ve already tried the following: Logged out and back into my account Cleared cache and cookies Used incognito mode Tested in different browsers (Chrome and Edge) The issue persists. It affects only the PDF preview and not other features. Thank you for your assistance.

So I created an account and I have the global version, not the US one. I want to access the certifications (advanced online, payroll, etc.). Will I get access to that or will I only have the certification I can view right now which is Quickbooks Online Accountant Certification? If not, is there a way to get access to those certifications if you are outside the US?

our organization ended up having accounting transactions in two separate quickbooks online companies in two different user accounts. we are trying to merge them into a single company account owned by a single person. i have quickbooks online with some of the transactions and i have an exported general ledger report exported to excell with all the additional transactions that i need to merge into the existing quickbooks online account. i have gone through the excel data and changed all the account names in it so that they are consistent with the ones in the existing quickbook online chart of accounts. is there a way that i can import this data from excel to quickbooks online en mass? all that i have read seems to say that i can only import from a csv file one account at a time. the excel file was created via a quickbooks general ledger export function so it has date fields such as vendor, description, check number, etc. i would like to save all this data. this excel file is all i have
