What went wrong and why is it impossible to contact them. Is there a refund period or something?
New client has sent invite twice now. I click to accept and get hmmm that didnt work, then get sent a code and invited to change my password. I change password and it still doesnt work. What do I need to do to add the new client to the profile Im using (not my license)? Please help, I dont want to have to go back to him again!
This is their message: I received new laptop and my password for entering the QB was deleted. Unfortunately, I don’t remember it and I can’t restore it - user has to go through double-check identification and when the second one gives me an error. And I don’t know what to do.

How do you amalgamate accounts HM Revenue & Customs (VAT) and HMRC VAT (UK)
We have a German subsidiary in which we want to implement QB for basic accounting and stock control but will need training and support to be available in German, preferably from someone who understands the German tax regime. Does QB have a list of approved trainers or suppliers of QB in Germany ?
I changed my email address in my profile of quickbooks self employed, but it won't change on the screen where invoices are emailed to clients, and the clients aren't receiving the invoices. Anyone know how to fix this?
