Hello, I purchased an online subscription and immediately cancelled after discovering that the self-employed package cannot be upgraded. The support person said i can get a refund within the first two months, but there is no mechanism to do this. Please can someone help to resolve this. Thanks,Simon.
I am curious about how QBO works. When you first sign up to a set of books/Company it is done so with an email. Does that email serve as the Account email for that Company/set of books? Is that account email the email of the Master Admin? What if the Master Admin user changes the email under Manage users in QBO after login? What happens if the Master Admin user changes the user credentials in intuit page? What if there are multiple users in QBO? In that case which email is adopted to serve as the Account email for that Company/set of books? What if email of Company/set of books is changed under Account Settings?Please reply for my understanding.
Hi there, I would like to know what security functionality there is for Quickbooks online, and whether or not this can be controlled for all accounts within a business. For example: - Can a password policy be set (length, complexity, age, etc.)- Can multifactor authentication be enforced and if so, what types are available- Can the logs of what our users do within Quickbooks be exported to a third party log storage solution- Any other security functionality that can be set for all users, perhaps via policies? Hi, I am just setting up QB online and I can't seem to input my VAT number. All the research I have done suggests going to taxes then edit VAT and edit settings....but I do not have edit VAT in Taxes. Any help much appreciated

I have added two more users to Quickbooks Advanced Payroll, email addresses are correct but neither can access the employee page for the payroll. It comes up with a screen saying 'Become Master Admin' .. but by clicking accept on that, my access is then denied. It seems only one of us can have full access but we need all three people to be able to work on it. How can i fix this? Thanks
A Standard user can not have access to Customise invoices and this is a problem because the default invoice is set up for Sterling payments and has the associated bank details. In addition to our Sterling sales we also have a large percentage of our sales are either in USD or Euro's so we have created invoice templates with a USD invoice with USD bank account details and a Euro invoice with Euro bank account details. A Standard user can not select any of the Customise invoices only a person who has Admin rights can.But an Admin person can also see payroll and I don't want the person doing the invocing to be able to see the payroll. Please either allow a change to the permissions to allow someone to select from the Customised invoices. It would also be good if a invoice template can be assigned to a customer so it is used every time other wise the default will always be the wrong one for us in 7 out of 10 cases.
Sent in all the documents to prove identity and NO resolution. Ex employee set up account has been gone 4 years. Updated to Desktop 2020 and his info is still on there. I have proved that I am owner and still not good enough. No help calling in, customer service rep is there to pacify. Get me to someone in that department instead of taking hours out of my day! Up to 4 phone calls now.
