We have set up a client on QuickBooks Sole Trader and, using our login, taugh the client how to review the bank transactions and click the checkbox to say that the transaction had been reviewed. Our client went home and logged in using his details and there is no column with the reviewed checkbox, he had forwarded a screen shot showing that colum is missing. Is this something that is only available to us as the accountant? Regards, Al

I've relinked my bank however the last 3 months of transactions are not pulling through automatically
Quickbooks is useless to me without the connection working. Is this a common issue with Barclays or an issue on Quickbooks’ end ?

I am missing banking transactions. it seems to occur once a month and it is always when I have used PayPal, but not all PayPal transactions go missing! While I can make manual adjustments, I would rather quick books online picked all the transactions that are in my bank account. Has anyone experienced this problem and does anyone know a solution? Thanks
Why is it not updating
I am unable to reconcile, the difference is the amount from the 2 days of banking not imported!
It links to my Monzo bank account account and I’ve had an email saying that it’s connected, but it’s like the ‘Save’button does t work or the app is glitching , or connecting up the bank and app won’t work for some reason

Hi all, I have transferred my GBP to USD and am confused how to record this. I have set up multicurrency and added my USD bank. Everytime I use the transfer option it adds to my overall USD bank balance which I then can't reconcile. I have used the journal option and have Dr USD and CR GBP which then have managed to Reconcile my USD bank which was showing double which feels wrong however I'm unsure how to post the GBP bank and where to post it to? Please can someone help
I go into quickbook to contact to my bank account, enter the bank & then when it goes into the bank app it doesn't go any further, is it the bank or quickbooks?
