when i press submit payroll its not going forward.
I have set up a company contribution for the employer paid benefit plan but have ran in to some issues when it automatically stuck this into a payroll liability. The Benefit plan is paid and added to a expense account when we receive the insurance bill. Now by using the employer contribution its created an additional liability. Is there any way to fix this so that the contribution doesn't affect the accounts or do I have to adjust the insurance bill to pull from the liability account? Thank you
I'm trying to setup emailing the paystubs to my employees instead of printing paper copies for more confidentiality. I've read and followed instructions on how to do it - but for some reason, it is emailing from an old email, not the current HR email. It also doesn't send the email right away, sometimes it will email the pay stubs 3 or 4 days later to random employes, and not everyone... Not helpful. How do I update the sending email address and make sure it sends out to all employees exactly on pay day? Any suggestions?

This same employee shows as having multiple profiles, all with mistaken name changes. Looking for direction as to how I can correct the profile that is in use (change of middle initial) and how I would remove the wrongly created duplicate profiles that seem to exist for this same employee.

When running my July payroll, the net cheque amounts are exactly the same as June. We running manual payroll via CRA's Payroll Deduction Calculator, it show the changes. When will the tables be updated in QBO?
The paycheck is small for the employee, when I add more hours it adds income tax but i'm not going to pay them more then they worked so they get taxed, they work part-time 1-2 weekends a month for me but they work fulltime elsewhere, from my understanding there should be income tax one all of this employees pay cheques as they work for another company and are above the minimum
Quickbooks automatic update is not downloading new tax tables, still have old ones that expired June 20, 2024.Have tried a dozen times and support is non existent! Have clicked on 'contact us' a dozen times, keep looping back to the non support pages. Wasted a full hour trying to get help. i want to stop a a payment of direct deposit run on payroll in qbo.
I keep receiving emails requesting documents but I have already submitted documents multiple times. I have multiple companies and I have called Intuit and they tell me everything is received and approved but I keep receiving the emails and now it looks like my payroll is being cut off. Who can I contact directly to help solve this?
I have QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021. I want to use the manual payroll feature but going to Edit, Preferences, Payroll & Employees, under Company Preferences tab, the section QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Features settings is OFF (see the attached image). How can I turn it on? How can I use manual payroll instead of subscribe QB Payroll?
I cannot transfer time schedule from time to payroll
Do I also need to prepare T4in the current year?
