Just had a 1000 invoice paid, curious as to the fees and charges associated with that, normally i use square

I disconnected the old Square app and then added the new Square Connector by Quickbooks. When I goto Sync transactions I receive the message "Try Again later" I have disconnected from Square and tried logging out of both square and Quickbooks, deleted cache and nothing seems to help. Any advice is appreciated!

Our company recently switched to a new business bank. After setting up and getting approved with this bank in QuickBooks, we lost access to the same-day direct deposit feature for payroll. QuickBooks is now asking us to provide six months of bank statements in order to restore that privilege. Since our new bank account has only been open for less than a month, what options do we have in the meantime?

So, I only communicate with my customers, including sending invoices, using my company's email - which has a specific domain name.   I only see two options for sending invoices using QuickBooks Online.  The default is an intuit email account.  The alternative option is listed to a gmail account. Is it possible to adjust, configure, or set QuickBooks Online such that invoices are sent using my company email (which isn't a gmail or intuit email account)?

Our thrift store implemented Workforce mobile app - the storage manager is able to approve time, do some scheduling, view shifts. But, mobile functionality is limited. I, an primary admin, was attempting to give the manager permissions to manage Time from desktop browser, but we are finding that there's no way to give custom role to the manager in QBO browser that would allow managing other employees time. The only option related to QB Time is the option to report own time. We even tried to work around by using the now-obsolete QuickBooks Time ( https://tsheets.intuit.com/), but it gives an error about lack of access to the company.To summarize:The user was given Time custom role and is able to access his own time at https://qbo.intuit.com/ The user (an admin in Quickbooks Time) is unable to access company at  ( https://tsheets.intuit.com/).The user is able to manage others in Workforce app.

I'm with a non-profit that gets donations from Paypal.  Months ago, before the PayPal processing was changed, it was very simple.  I would enter the donor information (date, amount, etc).  When the donation came in from PayPal, i simply matched it to the pledge and i was done - payment was applied to the pledge, and showed no outstanding balance. Now, I still enter the pledge on the donor info screen.  But there is no Match when the donation comes in, even though the transaction has the donor info on it.  I've confirmed the payment, but the donor was still showing the pledge amount as outstanding..   It's just not clear to me how to match the donation from paypal to the donor..   It's very frustrating..

Is QuickBooks Online Payroll required for this integration (QBO/TSheets) to work? My bookkeeper was trying to set up this integration and she was prompted to subscribe to QuickBooks Payroll before being able to proceed.

Bank issues

I just received 3 calls in a row from the same phone number Intuit used to call me earlier after I asked for a support callback. It was an automated voice claiming it was from Intuit Fraud Prevention stating that a specific dollar amount had been attempted as a withdrawal from my account, all asked me to approve or deny by pressing 1 or 2. Was this legit? Seemed like a well-crafted phishing attempt.

How to call QuickBooks support

Anyone else having this problem? Quickbooks won't let me record partial payments to vendors. For example, if i have a bill for $1000 and I want to record a $500 payment, it wont let me. I can try to change the payment amount to match the check amount but it immediately resets the payment amount from $500 back to $1000 and won't me me go further because that creates a negative vendor credit. I was able to make partial vendor payments a week ago. 

This isn't from an error message from the bank. I want to change the name of the accounts to match what the bank calls them.

I do not own a small business but need help tracking finances, paying bills and the like. Several people have recommended QB for this management so I signed up fpr QB online. However, it seems to be created more for people that own a business. Am I in the wrong place to keep track of finances, spending, and banking?
