This is an invoice I converted to an estimate. I need to bill a portion of the invoice.

We're creating invoices via the API. The invoices are immediately delivered to the customer, even though we specify 'EmailStatus' => 'NeedToSend'. In "Account and Settings" > "Sales form content" the "Preferred delivery method" is set to "Send later". How can we create an invoice via the API without it being immediately sent to the customer? The accountant still gets cc'd on emails but I cannot find where to remove it on Quickbooks. I can't find the name of the accountant anywhere which would suggest they are not linked to my business anymore, so why are they still a part of the emails quickbooks send?

At least 2 - 3 times a week, I am either unable to get onto QBO or, when signed on, am not able to get to all functions.  Why do these slow downs / outages happen so frequently?  We pay for this service and I am often unable to work because I can't get into my books.  This is extremely frustrating.  What can be done to improve the reliability of this program.

How to print CC and BCC fields in a Customer Contact list or export this information? CC, BCC and other customer data fields are not available to choose in report customization.

I am currently using QB Desktop 2020 -- I do not see a way to use a "Location" field -- we use "Class" field for divisions, but want to track one of the divisions by Location (looking to add a location) -- is this possible in QB Desktop?  Maybe a newer version?  Does anyone track Income Statement AND Balance Sheet by Location in QB/is it possible?  Thank you.

One is a closed cd with $0 balance, which is at least correct. Another closed cd shows $25K+ bal, which is incorrect.
