Who is my dedicated account manager.

[Image removed]In May 2026 I completed my Quickbooks certificate renewal. Last week I received an email from Intuit to say that my certificate has expired and I will have to redo the entire exam to recertify. Is this some kind of error as I've already done my renewal and have the pdf certificate. I've attached a screenshot of it as I'm not sure how to upload a pdf here. Can anyone please advise?

QB Desktop Pro Plus 2024. The setting “Warn about duplicate bill numbers from same vendor” is checked in Preferences. When the bookkeeper enters a duplicate bill she is not warned.

I bought QB Desktop many years ago and have kept paying for a variety of updates, but now my business is greatly diminished and Intuit wants $1000 a year from me to keep using it. I find it hard to believe that the program will freeze my access to data (i.e., view only) if I don't pay the ransom, but this is what the sales rep told me. Is there no way for me to keep entering a few small expenses and a little income (like $10K a year) without paying so much money?

In May, my business computer was blocked by Intuit. I was told “for security reasons”. They just confirmed that my device has a device block on it. I ended up having to buy a new laptop. After 6 weeks on my new laptop I am in the same situation only this time I am allowed to sign in through Firefox but no other browsers. I prefer Chrome but not allowed to use it. I don’t know why they keep doing this to me without any explanation or suggestion on how to prevent it from happening again. Has anyone else had this block and get them to remove the block??  I can’t keep buying new computers for no reason. 

For the past six months I have had several customers "dispute" their payments to our company after work has been done. According to Intuit Quickbooks information we should be receiving not only emails when a dispute is filed giving us the opportunity to file a rebuttal, which we are not receiving but also the most recent one never showed in the Resolution Center. The only way we even knew about it was when $7000 was withdrawn from our bank account. I have spent six months jumping through hoops with all of their "customer service" by sending in all of my documentation/proof that this is happening, I had my corporate IT team work to make sure that Intuit QB emails weren't being blocked or bounced back when sent to us, I have talked to our "rep" (useless), I have contacted the Office of the President (useless) and was even put in touch with "Risk Management Rep" in the disputes department......ALL OF WHICH have either passed the buck or said "SORRY there is nothing we can do". Hello, I discovered that the Automated Sales Tax within QuickBooks Online is missing a local Colorado sales tax jurisdiction.  The jurisdiction is "Southeast Jefferson County LID".  I discovered this when I couldn't get the sales tax price to match, when I compared it with the AvaTax sales tax calculator.  AvaTax has the additional 0.5% "Southeast Jefferson County LID" sales tax that QuickBooks Online does not seem to have. Is there a way to confirm if QuickBooks Online has this local jurisdiction in their Automated Sales Tax Database? Thank you.

Hello QuickBooks Community, If I have a Bank Statement that is PDF, how do I convert the bank statement into CSV and import into QuickBooks online and QuickBooks Desktop?

Hi,  My company provides collection services for our clients. We charge commission. How do I classify the payment of the collections that come in? and what’s the expense when we pay it to our customer less our commission fee?

I use QuickBooks Self-Employed and want to send clients an invoice PDF and a payment link, all from my own email address rather than using QBSE's built-in send feature (which often goes to spam). I can find and download the PDF, but I can't find a way to grab just the payment link for that invoice so I can paste it into my email. Is there a way to copy or generate a payment link from a saved invoice in QBSE?

At the bottom of reports, when the time is shown, it is the wrong time! We are located on US East Coast, and our reports print with Mountain time!

I am trying to remove my vehicle from my QuickBooks Self Employed, I can not find how to remove this. I only see options to update but not remove. Please help.

My bank only exports pdfs of my bank statements. I have a lot of expenses to log from the last year. What's the best way to import in to desktop quickbooks?
