All other credit card accounts are correct except the one I pay with SPENDTRACK and it deducts the payment, shows it as a charge, and when I exclude it or try to add CC Credit it does a double entry and charges one entry and credits the other. How do I fix this?
From our start with QBO in 2023 until 1/2/2025, I received an email when a customer paid their invoice (QBO invoice and merchant service payment). It is recorded on the Invoices tab and of course deposits as it should, but I used the payment notification email to confirm with the customer. It was easy. Suddenly and no changes to anything - after 1/2/2025 I don't get these anymore. Except I got ONE randomly in April 2025, and none since. I have reported twice with QBO support - no response. I can find nothing in the Help Search. Anybody have any ideas?
I received small micro-deposits from Intuit and need to know which service initiated them
I've been trying to set up Payment Reminders, and keep getting text I can't find... and can't edit if I can't find it.So far, I've set up Reminder Schedules, but I've got one that I still can't narrow down: Reminders are set to combine overdue invoices into a single email, as multiple emails seems inefficient and annoying. But when someone has invoices that fit into more than one "reminder" schedule, I get body text I can't locate anywhere in QB. It was clearly set up at some point by someone, but includes outdated information (contact name, banking info) so needs to be updated. For clarity: The sample customer has two open invoice. One is 32 days out, so gets a fairly strongly-worded Reminder about sending payment. The second invoice is 28 days out, so gets a mildly-worded Reminder. The filter point is at 30 days. If I remove the tag to combine invoices into a single email, each invoice gets the appropriate body text. But if the marker is set to combine the invoices, I get a body
A client told me today he tried and could no longer make a partial payment. In June I received one and have previously.

I have had quickbooks checking for a while now. Never had one bad thing to say until they froze 16k in my business checking. Haven’t provided a justification as to why. Risk will not take my evidence as well as I have had 26 calm phone conversations. Now my business has to fight a lawsuit because of quickbooks. I have had 26 phone calls not one answer the same. All different and the latest said after 2 hours. They are holding my funds for 180 days.
Hello, I work for a company based in Indianapolis, and we are currently using Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop, with a remote access servers to get to it. Currently we have been having issues with the application and servers or both being down at separate times and acting weirdly (Mostly the application is being slow). We are just not happy with the current application state and want to find an advisor to come in and look at our processes and see if we either we can optimize the application or if the online version is better suited for us. After looking for multiple advisors on the quickbooks website for their list of advisors, most of the people there are either not wanting to do anything for us because we utilize the inventory feature or they are retired. Is there a way to find an advisor fast that can come in and see what we can do better, or is this a luck situation?Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
When I print these reports, QuickBooks changes the order of the accounts based on whether or not they are zero in balance at the end of the month. The zero balance accounts end up at the bottom of my Profit and Loss report, for example. I want to print them in the same account number order every time.
I'm completing the PCI DSS Self-Assessment Questionnaire A. I haven't been able to find QuickBooks Payments on any of the 'approved' lists for PCI compliant services which is making it hard to complete Part 2 of the SAQ-A.
Or, do I just have to purchase another whole QB license?
What is the difference between PayPal -2 and Paypal balance account?
I just had it open, but now when I try to go to the bank register whether through "chart of accounts" or "bank transactions", I am getting this message and none of my transactions are showing.
How do I find which payments were posted into a deposit?
Received notice of deposits from Quickbooks and see deposits in the bank account but do not know which customer(s) are in the deposit since notice of payment received and the actual deposit shown by the bank are not clearly shown which customer(s) are included in the actual deposit. Any suggestions?
Good day QuickBooks Community, When I email an Invoice it says the "Due date" is 25 August 2008, how do I change that to August 2025, DUE ON RECEIPT? Thank you

Hello,I have recently purchased a business that has been using QBDesktop for several years. I am trying to compile a report that shows the dollar amount of open sales orders on any given day.Daily, I use the Open Sales Order report to see how many $ of sales are currently in the queue. I would like to be able to compare this number to the same time period in the past. For example, using the Open Sales Order report, I can see that I have $90K in open sales as of 01/01/2023. How would I find what the dollar amount of my open sales were for the same day in 2022? Or, what were my total Open Sales Orders as of 01/01/2022? Is there a way to generate this information? It would most certainly be helpful in establishing trends and forecasting cash flow etc.
How do I switch to the old experience?
