Well, I made a doozy of a mistake in payroll. An employee started contributing to 401k, however, I didn't add Employer match to "Additions, deductions, and company contributions". Therefore no funds were calculated on his paycheck. My accountant isn't available for over two weeks so I'm left stranded. I'm not even sure where to begin to calculate what the Employer match should be. I'm hitting my head pretty hard over this. An adjustment needs to be made but figuring all that out has my head spinning. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello! Do you have multiple accounts receivable accounts? Do you record invoices that need to be charged to different accounts receivable accounts? If so, please go vote on my new software engineer ticket. I'm asking the software engineers to add a feature to allow you to select the accounts receivable account that an invoice should be linked to. This feature exists in QB Desktop but does not exist in QB Online. We are currently having to record our tuition invoices as journal entries to get the invoices recorded to the correct customer and receivable account. I can schedule a report to be emailed, but I can't find where I can modify (or delete) a scheduled report. Also, where can I find a list of scheduled Reports.I am running QuickBooks online Plus (which means I don't have access to workflows)

I received the payment from my client a couple of days ago, and it is already reflected in my bank platform, but it is not yet visible in QuickBooks.
Is there a way to pull 941 forms from 2020, 22, 23? All the taxes were paid, but she didn't file the actual form. So it's not in the tax forms file.
Here’s the behaviour I’m looking tio fix- I create a sales order, add my items and services and save it. Then when I go back to the sales order to add other info such as class, rep, address, etc, it is reverting the cost of my items to $0 when I click “save”. I have price lists that I use to control most prices, but this specific issue is happening to my shipping line. I have shipping as an item with nothing in the price field. We charge actual shipping rates so it varies from order to order. What do I need to change in my system to prevent QuickBooks from zeroing out my pricing? I am using the current QBDT Enterprise, Wholesale & Manufacturing version.

On other companies we have, it gives the options of the currency for a new account. On my personal account when creating a new account it does not give the option, even having multi currencies.
For the most part, I am glad QB's ended the relationship with Quickbooks Bill Pay by Melio and replaced it with their own program called Quickbooks Online Bill Pay. I'm wondering if there is a flaw in the new software, or if I am missing something. When I process a payment, the funds pull from my bank account and the check or ACH is sent. How can I tell if the check and/or ACH was received by the vendor and CASHED? I have had way too many vendors send me late notices that they never received the check, even though QB's pulled the funds from my bank. Is there a report or a spot to see if it was cashed by the vendor?

I have been trying for a week to copy one Quickbooks Online Advanced company file to another Quickbooks Online Company that was just created. But I keep getting the following error. I have done research on how to create the group it tells me to but do not see a way to do it. The background to why I am doing this is: I had one client purchase another client and the new client wants to be able to access the history of the previous client. I have spoken to QB numerous times and they keep just telling me the engineers now this is a problem and they working to resolve, but it has now been over a week and I have not heard back. In the meantime the new client can do now billing/invoices and is getting frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tha
I have tried hitting refresh and searching for the invoice number again. I suppose some helpful soul is going to tell me I need to clear my cookies and maybe run my laptop through the dishwasher. What should I do so I don't have this invoice showing as unpaid and a month from now I erroneously bark at the customer
Since there is not a chart of accounts, it doesn't appear that I can alter the type of account anywhere. I also have investment of owner capital and it is unclear how Solopreneur is handling those. Without a chart of accounts, how can I accurately reflect these very basic types of transactions consistently and accurately? It is also disappointing that I have to produce a balance sheet by hand as opposed to solopreneur being able to do that? What reports are even possible?
Is there a current glitch with the system?
