I lost my buiiness

This is a Windows 10 issue, I'm sure. It's screwed up a lot of programs that were stable in Windows 7.I cannot find the sound files used by QuickBooks 2019 Pro. I know where to set the sounds but they are set to nothing. Is there a place to download them because I believe they did not get installed in this last clean install I did.  The QuickBooks Tool Hub did not help either.

It is the new standard process that QB will force you to open the shipping labels in a browser when you click Print Label to open up a browser?  It should to be when you click print label, it will automatically print through designated printer (i.e. zebra label).  Please HELP!

For Account Information under bank feeds center it still shows a balance for bank account, only on my bank account not on quick books. How do I make this balance 0 again. I have already ignored/deleted all transactions so there is no way I can go back in.

Nearly all our depreciable assets are for manufacturing production, and depreciation expense is a COGS. Quickbooks will not allow me to use a COGS expense account to record depreciation. How can we change this ASAP?

The Download Reports feature in Planner is gone this morning.  I have used it on Monday mornings at least since September 2024 to download the Planner data to use in off-line modeling and review.  Today it is gone. I have tried both Chrome in normal and Icognito mode and Edge and its is gone in all of them.  Anyone else seeing this?  Why would a good feature like this be removed?  Support via chat wasn't helpful.  They claimed it didn't exist and I should request it.  However, the online help explains how to use it!!!  ugh.  Waiting on a manager to call me

We have just changed from bill.com to QB bill pay as the two stopped syncing. I can no longer select multiple bills to pay in one transaction to a vendor. Please help!

I'm self-employed and using QuickBooks online.We are planning to use Mega Backdoor Roth strategy with Solo 401K. Our plan allows ROTH contributions for both Employee and Employer. Also, it allows After Tax contribution in accordance with Mega Backdoor ROTH strategy. All 3 types of contributions need to be made through monthly Payroll.How do we set this up in QuickBooks Online Payroll setup?Appreciate any assistance on this. 

I logged in and marked an invoice PAID almost a week after the payment was received. The "Paid on" date automatically defaulted to the date I marked it as paid. I want to enter the actual date the payment was received.

We moved to Online April 7 and were charged the annual fee for Desktop in May. We have now cancelled Desktop. Will QB give a refund?

Good day, My company been experiencing an issue in QuickBooks Premier Edition 2018 where the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) summary reports no longer reconcile with the Trial Balance (TB). This issue began in January 2025, but after further investigation, we noticed the discrepancy now traces all the way back to June 2012, even though this was not an issue before. To provide some context:We report in Jamaican dollars (JMD), and our company also invoices customers in USD: The JMD side of the AR transactions agrees — AR JMD and TB JMD both show 18,192,041.56 J MD.However, the USD side does not reconcile —TB USD: 21,253,078.57 JMDAR USD: 22,108,352.92 JMDResulting in a difference of $855,274.35 JMD. Therefore, in May 2025, the AR Summary shows a total of $40,300,394.48, while the TB shows $39,445,120.13, resulting in a difference of $855,274.35. The same issue is occurring where the AP summary is not reconciling to the TB: The JMD side of
