I converted from Desktop to QBO and it turns out there were quite a few expenses (credit card charges and/or checks written) where I had inadvertently clicked the "billable" checkbox, but I never billed my customers directly for these items as I don't operate in that way. When I converted to QBO, all of my inactive customers came over as active, and I cannot inactivate many of them because there are "unbilled charges" associated with their customer profile. Is there an easy way to remove all billable charges as of a certain date (my migration date)? I know how to disable the "billable" feature now that I am in QBO but don't want to spend dozens of hours finding each billable item and unmarking it as billable individually.

Is it because it is the weekend, or could it be because we have not signed up for online banking? It doesn't even give the option to sign into my bank though...?

I wasn't set up for QB payments, but the invoice I sent from QB included an Online Payment option anyway (I didn't know it would do that). Now QB is asking me to link a bank account so I can receive the payment. Will I be charged a 1% fee to receive it, on top of the $25 fee my customer paid?

Hi,I matched my 22K credit card payment with the checking account (like I always do), and was recording as credit card payment. But for some reason when I go to my balance sheet the credit card liabilities is off by 22K, essentially not really logging the 22K payment made. My checking account balance matches the bank, but the Chase credit card is not matching. Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks!

app opens but only goes as far as the screen with the words intuit, turbotax, credit karma, quickbooks and mailchimp does look like it did face recognition but won't fully load and i have been through the remove readd the app clear the cache and whatever else was suggested i can get into my online through safari and on my laptop
