Is anyone else having a problem processing their 2026 Qtr 1 federal 941 form on QuickBooks desktop pro plus 2024? It seems that the form is unavailable. When I attempt to process the form, it populates the information onto a 2025 Federal 941 form. When I review the list of form updates on my QuickBooks, it does not include the 2026 941 form. It DOES list other forms as being updated for 2026 (all included in update #22602) such as, Form 940 and schedule A and form 943 and 943A and form 944 and 945A also Form W-2/W-2c and Form W-3/W-3c but NOT FEDERAL FORM 941.Yes, my subscription is current.Yes, I have updated my payroll. Please… any suggestion? any suggestions?

Hello QB Community; the business I work for recently upgraded from Quickbooks Desktop 2019 to 2022. Since then, we've had a few users report that whenever they open up Quickbooks, and Quickbooks crashes. This business relies on this software to keep balanced.I've tried the Quickbooks Tool Hub features to try and fix the issue, but unfortunately the problem persists.I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Quickbooks several times with several QB technicians over the phone spending over 25 labor hours trying to get this work without crashing!I've tried clearing the Google cache, and that didn't work. I am also having issues with getting my email connected to invoices. HELP!!!!! I have no clue how to fix this issue on my own. Has something like this happened to anybody else, or does anybody have an idea on how to fix this issue? I cannot be the only one who is experiencing this issue. When we had 2019 version, we did not experience any kind of crashing.
I had fraud occur over a month ago in my QuickBooks Checking, it was drained with online charges. Green Dot told me they’d credit the account and then a representative from QuickBooks contacted me claiming he’d assist with getting my checking account secure. They sent me new password emails, and seemed to be helping, BUT then 3 weeks come around and I never got credited and I noticed all the invoices being paid by customers were not registering in my checking accounts total. So the rep said he’d look into it. I might add, right when the initial fraudulent charges happened the QB rep required me to transfer $10,000 from my Chase account (since my checking balance was at $0 from the fraud); that way I had money in there to trouble shoot and back me up. Now on week 5 and I noticed I have not been credited or receiving paid invoices and the money in my checking account is just disappearing. The rep said they were securing me a new account and moving the money, which would take 7-10 days to
This new INTUIT payroll tax policy is utter bullsh*t. I do not want or need QB to pay my payroll taxes for me. I've been paying my own payroll taxes for 30 years and do not need any assistance. Beginning July 1, QB will automatically begin withdrawing and holding money from my business account weeks before the taxes are due. This has to be illegal. They will be taking my money, earning interest on it for weeks before it must be submitted to the tax agencies. I am LIVID about this policy and will be doing everything possible to find another accounting software that actually cares about their customers. I'm disgusted with this.

QuickBooks automatically synced my accounts, but it incorrectly merged data from two different sources: my Business Debit Card transactions are showing up inside my Credit Card account in QuickBooks. This has caused a major mess in my books. I need you to: 1. Identify why the sync is pulling data into the wrong ledger. 2. Help me separate these transactions without losing my existing categorization for the correct credit card entries. 3. Fix the connection so that Debit (Account ending in xxxx) and Credit (Account ending in xxxx) stay separate. Please escalate this to a technical specialist who can look at the bank feed mapping.

Hi QB Community, I haven't logged into QB to complete categorizations since Sept 2024. I recently noticed that QuickBooks automatically added the new PayPal Connector to my account. However, I had already been using the traditional PayPal bank feed for several years, and both now appear in my chart of accounts. Here is what I am seeing:I have two PayPal related accounts in my chart of accountsPayPal Bank (this was my original bank feed)PayPal Balance Account (this appears to have been created when the PayPal Connector was added)In the chart of accounts, both accounts show “Connect Bank”, which suggests neither is currently connected. However, transactions are still appearing in both accounts. The PayPal Connector settings via Integration indicate that transactions are being stored in the PayPal Balance Account, which is mapped to the PayPal Deposit Account. (see attached screenshot) My confusion is this:The original PayPal Bank account appears disconnected, but
Using the iPhone app and not the desktop version. Maybe that’s why? IDK.
Hello, I have successfully used Class Tracking in Quickbooks Plus without problems. I recently saved a comprehensive archive of my Quickbooks data (for all time) using Tools --> Export Data, and noticed that Class information was not included in any of the exported Excel files. Does Quickbooks not include Class Tracking information when exporting data for archival purposes? Is there a way to ensure that Class information *is* included? Thanks! (P.S. I'm planning to downgrade from Quickbooks Plus, and just don't want to lose any legacy Class information!)
I pay for this "service" monthly. Can't send my schedule C over to turbo tax with this ridiculous deduction. Paying a tax pro for a software error within quickbooks, which I already pay for isn't a solution.
We must pay reimbursements separately from paycheck to avoid bookkeeping complications. We have set up vendor accounts for each employee that is used only for paying reimbursements or other non-payroll purposes. We would like to set up the vendor accounts to receive automatic payment. Can we have QB automatically apply the existing banking information for each employee to their vendor account for payment purposes?
Heads up - we received a call from Logan WV [removed] - letting us know our subscription was about to expire (we just renewed in December). When I challenged the person on the other end of the line - they indicated it was for a bunch of stuff including "online support services" which was the RED FLAG because that service is included in their annual fee. I'm sure there are other possibly spoofed phone numbers out there, but wanted the rest of the Intuit community to be aware - the phishing smishing and other low level shenanigans are abundant. And to keep the laughter on this one rolling - I looked up the number and it's from (no I did not call back) West Virginia Division of Corrections Southwestern Jail and Correctional Facility
Is there a way to request a service code from Billing Support?
I had previously configured Service Items on a per-customer basis so the techs don't have to select which hourly labor rate the customer receives. See the screenshot below with the customer on the left only seeing (4) service items available, and the one on the right showing all service items. Since the latest updates, I can no longer find the option to assign these. Does anyone have specific instructions on where I can access the setting to assign the service items on a per-customer basis for timesheets?
$25 on $150 invoice. Called, got told no, asked for a supervisor and got the run around. Said they would tell me the same. Not giving up as this was not approved. Any advice?
