Hi,I'm looking to use the cashflow planner - if I add a budget into Quickbooks - will it use those values for the predicted balance?Also, is it possible to look further ahead than 3 months? If you choose 12 months - it goes back and tells you what it has been.Thanks.Lindsey

Both have my name and both are active. One is me, I added my personal email as a user in case there were circumstances where I could have issues accessing. It is active and has all my details in the fields. The other has my name as the display name but legal name shows 'null null' and no other field contain any information. It won't let me delete the record or make it inactive.

I want QB (Sole Trader online - UK) to be able to correctly calculate the Income Tax and NICs for my self-employed income. I have a salary from another employed role which has PAYE already deducted. Can I enter my gross annual salary in QB anywhere so It will take account of this and apply the correct rates for Income Tax and NI?

Over a period of 2 months EUR transactions were processed at the forex rate at the time. At the end of the 2 months, the EUR balance is zero. However, on the TB there is a GBP balance which is incorrect.

We seem to be having an issue with how the Planner is visually displayed within ANY browser on either Mac or PC. I repeat, this is NOT a browser or an OS issue. The graph is very very think so it's hard to visualise it properly. I know, it's minor but I use the Planner al the time and aids with my dyslexia. on understanding forecasts.  I am reporting this as something that needs fixing, not as a Q&A from the reply bots about clearing my cache and setting a browser to private. This is a big which needs address.  Thank you.

We are still using a perpetual licence version of Quickbooks Pro 2016. This is pre-online, and is perfectly adequate for our book-keeping and reporting needs. I've just launched it and received a warning that at the end of the month it will stop working, and I need to move to the online version or find another solution. The core question is: is this actually true? Can Intuit actually disable our bought-and-paid-for legacy version of QB which utilises no online services, in an attempt to strong-arm us to a subscription model that we neither want or need? If it is true, I have some choice words for Intuit, none of them polite. And I can categorically assure you that we will not be subscribing to the online service as it is chronically over-priced and under-performing for our requirements, and I have no faith in the migration process.
