This new update is a minefield of bugs and issues, its a shame, i used to find it easy with minimal issues, i cant even send an invoice, among a lot of issues.

Add product or service buttons dont work. Dates remove when sending invoices so have to be re sent and date removes again. Send feedback and it says error, cant send. Absolutely pathetic now, ill be looking elsewhere if anyone has a better platform they can recommend

I can’t even contact QuickBooks the update shut everything down so now I’m $10 a month poorer and can’t even use it.

Done so kind of update and now I have 3 things on a dashboard. Go to existing invoices and they are out of date. Happened overnight.

I had a customer put a claim on me for non delivery of goods. Square withdrew the amount from my account so I have an amount of $236.72

sitting in the spent column of my bank transactions that needs reconciling. Now the dispute has been settled and square has remitted the funds plus extra for $480.30 that is sitting in the received column. The net of $243.58 needs to be matched against invoices that are outstanding. Need to know how I can achieve this.
