After doing all updates my payroll tax table in QuickBooks 2024 accountant edition is still the 2025 version and not the new 2026 tax table.
28 hours of wages plus small vacation accrual is owed to employee who resigned, can this be done on final payroll process?

I am experiencing an issue with the GST/QST Exception Report in QuickBooks Online Canada: Situation: I entered a bill dated in a previous GST/QST filing period. Before submitting the next return, I deleted that same bill. According to my understanding, the exception report should show both the initial addition (as a positive) and the deletion (as a negative), effectively netting to zero, since both events happened before the next filing. Problem: The Exception Report currently only shows a deficit (a negative amount) for this transaction, instead of a plus and a minus that would cancel each other out. I have confirmed that the bill was deleted prior to the upcoming GST/QST filing and that both the original bill and deletion are for the same date and amount. Refreshing or clearing the cache has not resolved the issue. Request: Could you please review my account and clarify whether this is expected behaviour, or if there is a bug causing the Exception Report to reflect only the deletion
I am trying to find where I change a payroll Tax Taxing item to record in Box 71 for Status employees. The Status payroll items are linking to Box 14/A in which they should not be. In older versions, I remember having the ability to go into each payroll item being set up and setting the Tax Tracking code. I use the Enterprise Desktop and it's current and I can't seem to find where I would change Box 14/A to Box 71. Anyone know??? All help is appreciated. Thank you
I have far too many outdated products and services and need to remove them but I don't see how to do this. Please help!
I sent an e-transfer to a supplier, and the money was withdrawn from our bank account, and the amount is shown in the monthly statement and was reconciled. However the supplier didn't receive the email, so he didn't deposit it and the e-transfer was expired, then the money was put back to my bank account. How should I record the refund of the money and restore the bill as unpaid and at the same time didn't affect last month's bank reconciliation?
Hello QuickBooks Support,I am trying to import transaction data, specifically invoices, into QuickBooks Desktop from an Excel or CSV file. I have already imported the customer and item lists successfully, but I see that QuickBooks Desktop’s built-in Excel/CSV import only supports lists, not transactions.Could you please advise:What is the recommended method to import invoice transactions into QuickBooks Desktop? Can this be done using Excel/CSV files, or do I need to use IIF files or a third-party import tool? Are there any templates or sample files available that show the correct format for invoice imports?Any best practices to ensure invoice numbers, AR accounts, and customer balances are preserved correctly?Thank you for your guidance.
I am trying to do a T2 Short return and not sure which figures go where on the schedules.
What do I do if I started and printed the sales tax summary, filed it with the CRA but didn’t “file” /post it in QBO? Now things have changed after the fact and I can’t duplicate the original summary for the period.
This 5 second delay between saving changes and posting transactions is ridiculous. I am sure there are a million things under the hood to keep the platform functioning, but this save/load delay has to be put at the TOP OF THE LIST of things to fix. Please and thanks. Why not?
Any trip captured in the mileage section of quickbook online shows potential deduction of 0. It's unclear why.
I have restarted QB. I have done same in Intuit. It will just spin until it says again" not signed in to Intuit"
The TD1 amount didn't get updated to the new amount when the new tax table released. It state CUSTOM AMOUNT ($10,382.00) on the Suggested TD1 column when I review TD1 list. I called QB Support and got advised that someone might manually changed TD1 in the past, so I have to manually change it moving forward. Also, when I add a new employee, I didn't manually change TD1 amount but the amount automatically states CUSTOM AMOUNT and stayed at $10,382.00. The support team couldn't explain this issue. Is there anywhere on the company file that TD1 amount was set for the whole company that I can just manually change ONCE for all employees?
The qbo file was downloaded directly from the bank. By trial and error I realized the only odd field out from previous uploades was a transaction with a CHECKNUM tag in it. I checked the OFX Version 2.3 specification and it does have CHECKNUM as part of the STMTTRN. Is this new or has quickbooks never supported that?
