Bill Receipt Capture and Multiple Locations

I want to use the receipt capture feature in the app and on the computer, but I often have purchase invoices or receipts that are split between multiple settings, what is the best way to go about this? Should I upload them twice?

i am the admin - but i can't see if its a product version issue (ie need to pay) or if its because im on an old version of quickbooks online (my customer has qbo and their version has lots of different features to mine even though we both have same subscription!)

Cannot use MTD for VAT as is just reports "We can't connect to HMRC"

This is crazy, unable to connect to my VAT account at Customs and Excise for over a month now. No apparent way to check or change my connection to HMRC for VAT. Checked on my VAT account and there are no authorised third parties!Quickbooks is being cancelled in 7 days if this ridiculous situation continues.Beyond frustrated and slightly angry.

My consent for my bank account lapsed - ive reconfirmed but missing data from the time it lapsed. Is there any way it can be retrieved or do I need to manually insert it?

Hi, I am trialing Quickbooks to see if it meets my needs.  I run my own niche recruitment agency and are looking for a way to offer self billing for my employees/contractors.  I invoice my end clients in the normal way, but my subcontractors are self employed and I want to offer a simple standard way for them to invoice my business on a weekly basis.  Often the invoices are the same ever week. Is there any way to do this with quickbooks? Thanks Adrian

I want to create a custom discount on the line description on my invoice rather than a field with a % or value on the total invoice. Is this possible?

I have several items that customers purchase and I would like to be able to discount each item on the line item rather than showing it as a bulk discount on the overall value of the invoice. Is this possible?

Receipts snapped in QBO APP are not showing up when I sign in via my MAC.

Hello all 🤚 When I snap receipts using the QBO APP, they do not show up in QBO signed in via my MAC..I have uninstalled the APP and then installed again.I have changed the password, and have signed out and then back in using the new password in the APP + on my MAC.I have a Samsung S24 ultra phone where I use the APP and I also sign in via my IMAC.Browsers I use is Safari or Chrome. I have no idea how to resolve this issue, so any help you can offer will be gratefully received. Thanks ever so much 🙏
