Hi I'm trying to save a different date format, but it comes up with a message saying my email address is working at the same time and got there before me so won't save

I was only logged into one session on my desktop, have logged out, have tried a different browser, have used an incognito window, have cleared cache in chrome, you can't seem to change this date setting on the app. I'm all out of ideas, has anyone had this before?

QB Self-Employed - Deleted invoice being emailed days later

This all takes place using QuickBooks Self-Employed web-based. I created an invoice on 3/11. I put my own email address in the client email box (basically, I send myself the invoice and then convert it to a PDF before attaching it to an email to the client) and clicked send. The email arrived into my inbox pretty much immediately. Later, on speaking with the client, it became apparent that they no longer required the service that I was invoicing for, so I deleted the invoice from QuickBooks. This morning (6/11), the deleted invoice has appeared in my in-box! I checked that it had definitely been deleted on 3/11 and on checking the email header, the sender is shown as "uk.selfemployed.intuit.com". It looks as if QuickBooks has somehow taken it upon itself to email out a deleted invoice. Unless I'm missing something.  Any ideas how I can stop this happening again?

I went ahead and deleted a project after reading in help section that you can undelete them. Alas. How do I undelete a project as QB does not seem to offer the option?

I only deleted the project as QB states you cannot make a customer inactive without deleting projects. It also said you can undelete projects. However, this now seems NOT to be the case and I have lost all my project info.

I get: "This customer cannot be deleted because it has one or more projects." How to get past this error to make a customer inactive without losing project information?

It appears this problem was flagged as far as 5 years ago and Quickbooks has done nothing to better the situation. Is the only solution to lose all your project data - or, also not workable, do you need to export data from all projects from all customers one by one or else lose it all?

Installing QB Desktop 21 on a new PC

I retired from business 5 years ago and retained a copy of QB Desktop Pro 2021 to do a couple of sets of charity accounts. My PC now needs upgrading as it does not support Windows 11.I still have the Licence number and Product code and also a program file. Will I be able to install and use the program on a new PC?Many thanks
