We decided to use QuickBooks for our newly started company and what a colossal mistake that was. After QB approved our application for a checking account and to receive online payments, our first client duly paid a 5 digit sum via the generated link. At that point, QB cancelled our account without informing us and kept the money in their account. We only found out after a week when the money was still not deposited into our bank. After days of pleading on the phone and messages, we had a collection of contradictory information and still no answers. At this point, as far as we can tell from piecing everything together, QB has made a decision to terminate our account (and that they don't have to and won't explain why) and that the payment was being held indefinitely. That's correct - they wouldn't return it to the payer, they wouldn't release it to us and perhaps most importantly, they wouldn't tell us why or for how long or how it will be resolved. How can I save my invoices?

I have been approved for a line of credit.  How do I access the funds? 

my checks were printing correctly on my old computer. i've changed to a new computer and cannot get the checks to print correclty at all i've followed the steps numerous times, but they are not printing correctly. they are deluxe checks and it's a simple check, i just can't figure out for the life of me what I"m doing wrong to get this fixed. I downloaded adobe reader like it said, drug the grid like it said in printer setup. I just can't figure it out.

I have QB DESKTOP Premier Accountant Edition 2020, I have a client who is on QB DESKTOP 2008 version.I need to update her data files for 4 entites so that I can do the conversion to my QB Online account.Obviosuly the older versions are not available anymore and I don't need to purchase the older versions I just need a compatible trial version to jump the files to the most recent desktop version and then convert to QB Online.Can anyone assist me?

I entered a Job to my Customer List but it doesn't show...if I do a search the job appears and when I double-click on it the Customer List opens but the Job is not there. Where is it or is there a flaw in the software??To eventually add the new job, I had to rename a new one as a prompt comes up saying the job already exists... see attached screen capture.No clue what's going on...----------Also, I entered another job to a customer but it created a New Customer not adding the job to the customer selected. That's another question if it happens again...Thanks in advance for anyone's help.
