As a landlord who pays expenses which includes VAT, how do I adjust P&L report to include VAT paid so I can reconcile to manual records please?As I am a landlord, I am not VAT registered so my MTD filing needs to include the VAT I have paid as an expense. Currently standard report P&L nets off the VAT paid and excludes from the P&L Thank you

The new QB layout is awful. I have a standard size laptop and cannot click certain buttons and do basic tasks because of the janky layout. Experts have no solutions. I have been using QB for years and used to love this product. Everyone at the office is seriously begging Intuit to fix this.

I would like to ask a situation where I did not enter the opening balance and I need to enter how do I go about it for reconciliation purposes.

When an incorrect email address has been entered and sent, there is no way of knowing it is incorrect. A feature like this within the software would be helpful.

I've moved to online from self employed and the systems seem to work completely differently. It's copied over a lot by itself but my profit and loss isn't as it should, nor is anything else really. I think that personal marked transactions on self employed are now impacting on my main figures. Among other things. Need help making sure everything is correct

Hi,I'm having such a battle and nothing is ever easy.  QB took £6.77 from my bank on 11/8/25.  In my subscriptions area there is no explanation.  My account manager is still "looking into it" although I've now been contacted to say I have a new account manager who knows nothing.My previous account manager did say that there are lots of accountants who are having random amounts taken from their bank accounts without explanation.Is anyone else here experiencing the same issues without explanation - please share!Dave Accountancy Basket

Hello, I need to gain access an control over my quickbooks online, subscription and remove an old accountant. I keep getting this error:  Error, Please try again?Sorry, this accountant is currently responsible for this company's QuickBooks subscription. Please contact the accountant to transfer the subscription to the company, and try again. Please advise. I need to add another business to my account and onboard another accountant. How do I remove a non-existing accountant?
