  Refund after one day.

I used QuickBooks tool hub to fix error 3371x. I am currently experiencing difficulty re-activating QuickBooks, I either receive 'Navigation to the webpage was canceled' when trying the 'open and restore company'.   How do I reactivate and restore my company information. I still have my perpetual license I purchased back in march 2020. I do not have access to the agent who helped me with the purchase. I have also attached a picture of the reactivation report which requires a validation code. How do I get around this.   I need help.    [removed]

When adding the company address, QB insists on me choosing a county from it's list, even if the address is a London address (yes, London is listed as a county on QB) The county is shown on sales invoices as just 2 letters, which makes us look unprofessional and incompetent - if we can't even get our own address correct, what impression does that give our customers ? QB advisors have said that there is nothing I can do to change this so am wondering if anyone's found a work around ?

I've cleared cache, restarted, used a different browser and am able to use keyboard in other functions such as typing this now on my mobile with no issues.

As in the title, the given Error Code appears each time. Tried to resubscribe from both the universal account management and also the Self-Employed page.Have tried to update my address but it is the correct one; cannot update billing info, as the error code appearing just blocks that. 

After attending some Quick Books webinars recently, I have had two phone calls and several emails from someone who claims to be my Business Consultant. The consultant is trying to put me through to my Account Manager.    I am unsure if these are genuine Quick Books calls or scams.    Is anyone on here able to advise on whether phone calls from [removed] are genuine?    Thanks in advance for any help

As a landlord who pays expenses which includes VAT, how do I adjust P&L report to include VAT paid so I can reconcile to manual records please?As I am a landlord, I am not VAT registered so my MTD filing needs to include the VAT I have paid as an expense. Currently standard report P&L nets off the VAT paid and excludes from the P&L Thank you

The new QB layout is awful. I have a standard size laptop and cannot click certain buttons and do basic tasks because of the janky layout. Experts have no solutions. I have been using QB for years and used to love this product. Everyone at the office is seriously begging Intuit to fix this.

I would like to ask a situation where I did not enter the opening balance and I need to enter how do I go about it for reconciliation purposes.

When an incorrect email address has been entered and sent, there is no way of knowing it is incorrect. A feature like this within the software would be helpful.

I've moved to online from self employed and the systems seem to work completely differently. It's copied over a lot by itself but my profit and loss isn't as it should, nor is anything else really. I think that personal marked transactions on self employed are now impacting on my main figures. Among other things. Need help making sure everything is correct
