Dear QuickBooks Community,I'm reaching out for guidance regarding the integration of QuickBooks Online (QBO) with HSBC's authentication system. My QBO account is linked to my HSBC Hong Kong bank account, which traditionally requires a physical security device for logins.HSBC has recently enabled facial recognition authentication through their BizExpress HK smartphone app, offering a convenient alternative to the physical device. This modern method streamlines the login process significantly. However, I've noticed that QBO still mandates the use of the physical security device for synchronizing with my HSBC account. This requirement is less convenient and seems outdated compared to HSBC's advancements.Could you please inform me if there are plans to enable facial recognition authentication within QBO for HSBC account synchronization? If not, are there any upcoming updates that might accommodate this feature?Thank you for your assistance on this matter.Warm regards,Jeremy
Received an email that QBO will no longer support direct bank feed to HSBC HK. Anyone else affected by this and do you have any quicker solutions than daily cab manual updating? Bugs

I am In Bahrain and every time I tried to connect to my Bank Account at BISB it ask me for upgrade I think it has something to do with the Currency Symbols as it appears in Arabic (ب.د) not BHD
why the system shows wrong lanace from the 1st of January?
My Amazon Seller account transactions are denominated in USD, while the home/reporting currency of my QuickBooks account is Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). During the reconciliation process, the USD amounts are not being automatically converted into HKD using the applicable exchange rates. The transactions appear in USD, and QuickBooks does not apply currency conversion when matching or reconciling these transactions, which results in incorrect balances in HKD reports. In addition, I am unable to automate the classification of Amazon transactions based on the existing product/service items already set up in QuickBooks. The transactions do not map correctly to the corresponding product items, preventing automated posting of sales and related fees to the appropriate accounts. This setup is making reconciliation and reporting difficult, as both currency conversion and item-level classification require manual intervention.
Currently I have about 10k USD in the account, my local currency is about 1450/USD, which means I should have about 14.5million but my balance sheet is showing 55million and the was no revaluation in my P or L account, what could be the reason for this huge differences?
