Subject: URGENT – Duplicate Subscriptions & Failed Migration (No Support Response) I urgently need help regarding multiple QuickBooks Online subscriptions that were unintentionally created during a migration from QuickBooks Accountant Desktop 2022. Despite following the correct migration process, the system repeatedly created NEW company files instead of importing into the intended subscription. This has resulted in duplicate subscriptions and trial companies being created in error. However, upon completing the registration and after inputting my card details, i got a debit alert of a month charge, whereas my intention is an annual charge. On the settings, where i can upgrade to annual plan, the additional fees shown on the subscription page did not consider the remaining 2 months discount. kindly assist with the complaints because i want to upgrade to the annual plan now.
