Anyone else having trouble logging in today to quickbooks time?
I received a vm yesterday that my QB account was going to be suspended and to call [removed]. When I called this number I heard the usual official QB welcome etc and was placed in a queue and advised that my call would be answered in xx# of minutes. When it was answered I explained that I was contacted and advised my account was in process of being suspended and I did not understand why given that I am on a monthly subscription. I have a desktop QB Premier 2023 Non Profit Version with 2 Licenses. My monthly subscription is $ 124.30 I only use the one license. This person said it was no longer being supported and was being discontinued in 2 days. That I had not choice but to choose another product ~ however ~ he could upgrade me to a 2024 version for a one time fee. Either a 3 yr contract of $ 2200 or a 5 yr contract of $ 3500.00 for one license. I had to make my mind up within 2 days ~ however he would give me a week since I had to discuss it
The client writes cheques so there isn't a direct deposit for the employees.
As I was tryiing to manually enter some transactions, I may have changed existing entries. My bank and quickbook blance does not match.

I am having an ongoing issue between QB and RBC that I cannot seem to get a resolution for - both sides are quick to point the finger at the other and I am left with no solutions. I have no problem connecting my RBC accounts in QB, but when my bookkeeper logs into the account and tries to pulls the transactions from their end in everything disconnects. I have 2FA and personal verification questions turned on for RBC which I have been told are likely the culprits - when the Intuit server is sending the query to RBC (either from bookkeeper or daily updating) it is being flagged because it is unable to complete the 2FA correctly, as the notification gets sent to my cellphone. RBC says QB is aware of the issue but has not yet provided a solution. I think its absurd that I would need to turn off 2FA/PVQ and compromise my accounts in order to get this to work. Any help would be appreciated! I am using Quickbooks Online Essentials
Had payroll direct deposit set up but didn't use it for awhile and it was suspended. I tried to reset it and my ticket was successful but it is still not accessible and says I am still suspended
