Hello, Having an issue where a Customer is showing up as a project in Time. In normal QBO, I have customer X who then has 10 projects under that X customer. Basic normal set up, have 10 more instances like it in our set up. However, with only customer X, when you go to the Time app X is now a project (says (Project) next to it) and all of the projects in the folder are not labeled as projects. This translates to all of customer X's projects not showing in the "Projects" tab on Workforce to allow any kind of data entry like file upload, picture upload, or note sharing like you can with any normal Project. The weird part is that you can still make time entry's for these projects. There is just nothing showing for them in the "Projects" tab Anyone else had this issue? Its been virtually impossible to get anywhere doing chat with this. Thanks!
Can I change the headers in Produts and Services
I went on sherwins website and it had a quick link to add to qb but until i have the vendor it wont load over.
We have a BOA parent acct with 12 cards subdivided. How do you get 12 different feeds into QBO?
I can sort them all by date and number I guess but it seems like it would be logical to have a search box where I could search by customer or invoice number.
Auto Tax Readiness page requires action: Add Intuit as a TPA for CO UI tax payments. My CO UI account page shows QBO Payroll as the TPA. I'm unable to delete that with the intention of reentering the TPA info. Unemployment insurance. The action is 'add Intuit as TPA.' The CO unemployment insurance site has QuickBooks Online Payroll Inc. as TPA
Once I try to log in there's an error message that says, " There's an issue on our end. We're on it? " Would a recovery link for Qb rep work, we also did all troubleshooting and clear cache.
It sure would be nice to turn off the worthless popups in desktop 2024, but support is worthless. Anyone have any ideas on how to shut this crap off?

So for several years we have added a location column on our quotes (and our invoices) so when I create an invoice from a quote it carries over as several of my customers require the location of each delivery. This has been great, all of sudden this year, it won't carry over. We haven't changed either template, both are exactly the same as they were before but it will not carry over the information from quote to invoice and I do not know what the mapping issue is. Anyone else have this issue??? I do not know how to fix it as I've tried everything I can think of. thanks
Can someone please help!! I'm trying to navigate the new qb online and the software that it updated to is absolutely horrible as well confusing. I can't locate simple transactions or add my address to invoices with keeping the logo...it's a nightmare..
I need to zero out a rental security deposit account. Tenant moved out with some damage so I am only doing a partial refund. I tried doing the credit memo and invoice route for the remaining amount not being refunded, but those two just cancel each other out. EX: security deposit was $1,000 (sales receipt type from checking account). I Zelled $750 back to the tenant which shows as expense. Created a credit memo and invoice of $250 against this tenant (customer) for the amount that won't be refunded to them. QBO shows all these transaction rows but still has $250 in security deposit account. Please advise on how to resolve correctly. I watched a few videos where people recommended recording the $250 as income on P&L but that does not make sense to me. Thanks

I need to be an "additional" Administrator, not the Primary Admin. The other Admin keeps changing it back to Admin but when I log out and back in the system reverts back to Payroll Manager.
When we initially received the email about Affirm in February, I researched the company and was very disappointed in the bad reviews that it got and the terrible interest rates that they provide. I'm quite disappointed that Quickbooks auto-enrolls it's customers in things like this. At that time, I followed the steps to decline enrollment in Affirm, because it is NOT a good product to provide to my customers. Yet, today I got another email and find out that I was still automatically enrolled me in Affirm, even after I followed the opt-out procedure detailed in the first notice. This is VERY disappointing. Quickbooks DOES NOT have my permission to sign me up for things like Affirm without my approval. I am disappointed in general that Quickbooks is partnering with Affirm. Just a quick online search finds an overwhelming number of negative reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints. And the info that Quickbooks provides about Affirm neglects to mention that they charge

Invoices that are three days past due are showing as Almost Due and not Overdue, so they won't email together. I have checked the due date, and even on the Almost Due page it shows "days overdue = 3). How can I resolve this?
With the May 2027 end-of-support date for QuickBooks Desktop getting closer, I've been talking to a lot of accounting firms about how they're planning migrations for their client portfolios.The actual migration tools seem fine — it's the export cleanup that everyone's struggling with. QBD exports come out with account numbers embedded in the account name strings, sub-accounts nested with colons, and debit/credit signs that don't match what Xero or Sage expects. I've heard firms say they spend 15-20 hours per client just cleaning up the export in Excel before they can even attempt an import.For a firm with 50-100 clients on Desktop, that's potentially thousands of hours of manual work before the deadline.Has anyone found a decent workflow for this?
