Will not let me edit there total that will be withdrawn tomorrow. Only option I am seeing is to cancel the recurring payment then they will have to sign up again. I really would like to not be a inconvenience to my customers.

I just bought a business that is using QB 2019 Desktop Pro. With a 3 user license. There are two computers connected to the server. I need to connect another computer to the system. The and need to install QB 2019 on it. It was a online download so we still have the QB program on the server but someone deleted the execute file. How would I go about obtaining this. I know this is stone age but I need to be able to make some changes so we can migrate to a new software and the other two computers that are on the system don't have to proper permission.
I need to invoice a previous employee for equipment that was not returned. I am not able to set them up as customer. How is this done?

When you install the "Amazon Business Purchases" Integration app in QBO,it creates an "Amazon Credit" account in your Chart Of Accounts (to track gift cards & Credit Memos).I accidentally changed the "Account Type" & "Detail Type" of this account to "Bank" and "Checking".Can someone who uses this app tell me what those values are supposed to be,so I can set it back to the correct values.(I can't remember what it was originally).Thanks.

Is there a way to export the info needed for Oregon Form 132 from QuickBooks. Although QuickBooks prepares the form the State requires the info to be entered into their online system OPRS and if we could export the Form 132 that would be a huge time savings.
My business discounts before charging tax, but when we use the discount, the sales tax liability will show a negative number in non-taxable income column making what I have to pay in sales taxes more! Can anyone explain why this is? It seems like this is a failure in programing. I've had many issues around sales taxes with QBO.
How do I go from Quickbooks online to desktop
When QB forced users of Connect to PayPal to PayPal Connector, it took me three phone calls, each one hour or more. None of the agents knew anything about this migration. The video tutorials explained connecting to PayPal Connector but does not explain how to disconnect Connect to PayPal and what happens to the categorized transactions. The worse thing, though, is there is no function for Split Transactions or Creating Rules. This is unbelievable to me as these are two basic functions. I want to know why was this forced upgrade made before basic functions were included and when will those functions be available?Chris

So, say we spend 10k on alcohol purchases through our vendors. This goes as an asset, but our sales don't seem to apply to that. Furthermore, obviously the sale of the product far exceeds the cost, so I'm just not sure how to set this up in a chart of accounts to reflect accurately what is going on here - I realize it has to be an asset but it just seems like an expense/cost sort of thing in my mind, so if anyone could elaborate on what I should utilize in the chart of accounts to make this work properly, I would be most grateful
QuickBooks money accounts aren't available in Monarch, Simplifi, and other financial platforms. Monarch has like every single bank in the world (via Plaid, Finicity, MX) and yet, not this one, so it's more an issue that Intuit doesn't allow external platforms to view the account. Anyone know of a workaround if I'm wrong or, consider this a clarion call to QuickBooks to allow external access...
Can anyone help? I am trying to reconcile my account but there are a batch of deposits on June 5th and 6th that are not showing up on the bank register history therefore when I go to reconcile, I can't balance because these 8 transactions are not there to check off. However, if I do a search for each one, I can find each them. They are just not showing up in the bank register. It is driving me crazy. clearly I am overlooking something. I have been using QKBKs for years!! this has me stumped. Please help!
Why did none of our direct deposits work this pay period?
Hi everyone, I’ve been running into a frustrating issue with Mercury Bank not connecting to QuickBooks Online, and I’m hoping someone else has either experienced this or found a workaround. It’s been almost two weeks, and I still can’t get my Mercury accounts to sync. I originally had the integration working fine for a long time. But after Mercury transitioned from Evolve Bank & Trust to Column N.A. (their July 15 cutover), everything broke. At first, my old bank accounts still showed up in QuickBooks, but none of my new Mercury accounts were showing. I figured I’d disconnect and reconnect from scratch — but even that didn’t work.
