How do I get USD4.60 per month option instead of USD126?
We've created separate invoice templates, one for Services and another for Products. We access them from the "Customize" button that appears on the bottom of the Invoice screen.One of our employees, whose access on QBO is limited to Customer info, including the ability to create invoices, does not see the "Customize" button and therefore cannot select which invoice template will be used. Invoices she creates use a generic template (although it has the correct company info, including the logo) that isn't one of the ones we've created for Services or Products.Any idea how she can use those templates??

I have had this service for over 3 years it appears that my autopay has not been utilized since June 2025. Payment history is blank, but indicates next payment is Mar 2026. I cant figure this out.
I would like to affirm our business's PCI compliance with QuickBooks, but I'm not exactly sure what documents to send or who to send them to. I'd appreciate any help you can give me.
The W2 amendment done by QB is not right and needs further correction. I don’t think I should have to wait another 30 days since I already waited for 45 days and it’s Quickbooks who have done the amendment incorrectly

Why do I need to pay for PCI compliance through a third party when QB handles all my cc transactions and I don’t touch CC at all?
I am the Treasurer of an HOA. We use a management company to send invoices, collect fees and pay our bills. The management company uses Quickbooks and produces monthly financial reporting package for the board. I am wondering if there is a way I can request the actual data files from them, so that I can access/ review and query data, when needed. As it is now, I need to go thru paper reports (actually PDF files) and manually search for records when I need them. I am familiar with quickbooks, and can easily create reports that would answer my queries much easier. Do I need get a license for quickbooks for this? Or is there some sort of query/ report writer that can "read" the files? I will not be entering any transactions or editing the data in any way.
I have data protect. I use two devices for Quickbooks. I have only been using one device for the last 8 months, but I would like to start using my second device again. I was hoping that since one device has all the files backed up onto Intuit Data Protect, I could just reopen Quickbooks using Data Protect, but it is showing that my it has not been backed up for 8 months. That's true on one device, but the other device was just backed up minutes ago. So does data protect only work per device, but not with the license?
I applied a rule to a transaction in my banking input and it changed every transaction in expenses to that vendor and description. Now I can't get rid of the rule or fix the transactions.
I asked Quickbooks to do a W2 amendment, however this was done incorrectly. I had to wait 45 days for the original amendment and now I am being told I have to wait another 30 - 45 days which seems unreasonable given this is a quickbooks error. The real problem is the amendment currently proposed impacts the March 2026 pay checks and is resulting in people receiving less pay (which is wrong). I need the team at Quickbooks to urgently look at this and its unreasonable to be expected to wait another 30-45 days having already waited.
I have been on the QuickBooks Self-Employed Tax Bundle for three years, currently paying $35/month. My plan explicitly states that it includes both QuickBooks Online features and federal and state tax filing through TurboTax. However, every year when I finish entering my data, TurboTax asks me to pay extra to file. In the past, I’ve paid it just to get it done, but I’ve realized I shouldn't be charged at all. Has anyone else experienced being charged for filing while on the Tax Bundle? Is there a specific "trick" to linking the accounts so the fee shows as $0? Does anyone have experience getting a reimbursement for the extra filing fees paid in previous years? I want to resolve this before filing this year. Any advice is appreciated!
I have been charged for Quickbooks for over a year now and I don't use the product, never signed up for it. We just missed the charge on our bank statement until a couple months ago. I have spent hours with Customer Care, Tech Support, Billing, transferred from department to department. The problem is that none of them see an account for me and the Charge Lookup feature shows no charges. And yet I am being billed each month on my bank statement for $99 from Intuit for Qbooks. There is a reference number next to the charge: Onl0000756346. I know this is tied to Intuit because when I search this number on Google I get a page of Intuit links mainly taking me the the Charge Lookup tool. Can anyone help on this?

QBO's algorithm for automatically suggesting categories seems quite faulty. I would rather it not suggest at all than suggest the wrong categories. In addition, I would rather my cc payments are categorized rather than put as CC credit. This causes big trouble.
