I am trying to make my COGS account more accurate. We have an S-Corp so myself and husband are employees of the corporation on payroll but our payroll doesn't change like hourly employees do. Is there a way to list the payroll expenses differently?

 I am reaching out to seek your assistance with an issue I encountered while trying to submit the current payroll in the system. Upon clicking the “Submit” button, I was unable to proceed, and a message appeared at the top of the screen. ( Message : The numeric data you attempted to save is out of range.)    It’s never happened before. Please refer to the below screenshot. Could you kindly help me look into this issue or help to answer how can I submit the payroll as usual  ? Actually, I don’t know which part is wrong and why the system pop-up this message.

I have an employee that has a company credit card and I would like for them to be able to use the mobile QuickBooks app to upload receipts or at a minimum send the receipts via email. It appears I need to make them a user, but I am unsure of the settings needed so they are only able to send/upload receipts and not see the company financials or do any other tasks. Thank you!

I have been the treasurer since Aug. 1, 2024. I asked previous treasurer to switch me to Primary. She has not done so. I simply think she didn't know how--and since she literally gave no notice in leaving...I need to get this resolved, so I can add someone else and train them. There is one other admin...but she works full time---and after a year--I realize she has no intention of learning this program. I had to teach myself everything....and am STILL learning...our Church being a non-profit doesn't even use half the capabilities this program possesses; and is definitely made for someone with an accounting background...but I have managed to learn.

I want to learn QBO but I don't see any tutorials which provide work exercises to understand it. It [removed by moderator] boggles the mind to see that there aren't any exercises to learn QB. Exercises form the very essence of grasping anything in life. Without them it would be almost impossible to learn and they're the best way to know any subject. Lack of exercises has actually stopped me from learning QB in the past.    This [offensive term removed] Hector Garcia has youtube videos on QB but no work exercises to help you along in your learning. The guy just rants on and on without any material to go along and no one learns [removed by moderator] from him. What the [removed by moderator]??   This is why I'm asking for tutorials which contain work exercises to master QB. If you do know of any please post the links here. I'd really appreciate it.

Generally when invoicing time entries, the detail is added to the invoice and QB adds the employee/contractor name when printed, but employee name is not being generated.

I just want to report that there may be a potential scam using the QuickBooks name that is not affiliated with QuickBooks.   I received a message to call [phone number removed] saying that my credit card was declined and I needed to take care of it immediately.  I checked my QuickBooks account and everything was showing current.  The people at the number are very vague about who they are and what they do but that my service is discontinued until I give them my credit card information. They claim to be with QuickBooks, however when I called QuickBooks to verify, I was told that they have not separated the service portion from the regular QuickBooks subscription.  Interesting because QuickBooks has always kept us informed via email on changes. Of course I did not tell them anything.   So be very careful when someone says that they are from QuickBooks.  I hope this imposter can be shut down.

Invoicing a customer for partial items on a sales order

The new update has proven to add an egregious amount of time to locate features, extra steps/clicking, and connection wait times. This is not an issue of internet speed, this has been happening ever since the new update. Production has slowed down immensely with over complicated new features and unnecessary relocations and unfamiliar graphics.

Is anyone having an issue with the client ready reports? I get an error message that says:"Can't exit design mode because Control 'ComboBox1' can not be created" Anyone have a fix for this?
