When I try to enter time, I get a message that something went wrong, try again later. Been about 30 minutes, doesn't seem to be a way to report a downtime issue.
Hello,Not long ago we opened our quickbooks online account, we use it to create and send invoices for our clients.We never intended to accept money via quickbooks, I never activated this option nor linked my bank account to QB. To my surprise, one of our clients made a payment through an invoice that was sent to her. I had to link my bank account to QB so I could get the money, but again, surprise(!!), it went into a quickbooks checking account(?!?!).After a long conversation with QB support I was told that now the money would transfer to my bank account, but then I discovered that QB are "looking into the payment" and are requesting more info from me (even though they got it all when I opened my account and later when I verified my bank account) - the only thing missing is a phone bill, which I don't have on the business name! meanwhile QB are holding $2,700 of mine in their hands! I called again to their support line but it seems like no one there can really take action, and ask

QB: Premier Plus Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition 2024. Q: I want to set up the Shipping manager in QB. We ONLY use FedEx and UPS.We have accounts for both carriers. I am stuck on setup as it asks for USPS first, which we don't use at all. I don't want to put it any credit card information. How do I bypass USPS setup and get FedEx and UPS setup?Thank you!
I recently switched from QB Desktop Pro Plus to Enterprise Desktop Gold. I am getting phone calls and emails that state my payroll subscription is due and I received an email today that my annual subscription to Desktop will be charged to my credit card on file. I tried calling Intuit about the payroll but was told there is a monthly fee for the payroll subscription. I was told the subscription was included, but there are fees for employee pay checks. This is so frustrating not to be able to know who I'm talking to and what the correct information really is. Can someone help? [PII Removed]

When I’ll received the money from a invoice?
I need to print picking labels to attach to the product as it is picked. We are a cabinet company and our orders consist of multiple large boxes. It seems that i should be able to print picking labels from a sales order directly to my Zebra label printer but I don't see how.
My goal is to copy all the data from one QBO account to another one. I already did settings -> Back up company -> Personal cloud archive - > Export to Google Drive. Now, is there a single button to push in another QBO account to import the data provided by the .zip file? I know that there's an option of importing data separately (Bank transactions, Invoices, Customers etc.) but it's tedious work as there are different limitations when importing data (for example, one cannot import more than 1000 invoices at once - and even that takes 20-25 minutes. To make things worse imported data may come in spoiled shape, meaning some errors with formats etc.). I'm also aware that I can copy data to another company (settings -> Back up company ->Copy -> Create copy) but in my case I have no company to copy to. The question is if I create another QBO account with the same email will "Add company" button actually add it from this new account?
Hi everyone, i run out of ideas, i cant find a way to make a file open faster on a terminal. Let me explain, i just have 2 terminals and one server, our files are taking almost 2 min to load, here are the specs Server: CPU: i9 12900KRAM: 64GB DDR5 4800Mhzfile Storage: Samsung M.2 over 4000MB/s read and writeLAN: 10Gb/sWindows Server 2025 Stations:CPU: i3 11300RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200MhzOS (quick books installation) : SSD SATALAN: 10Gb/sWindows 11 Pro We work with multiple companies, each has his own book, the biggest one is 310MB, all others are around 200MB, all of them take almost 2 min to load from the server and nothing gets to work to his 100%i cant thing on any optimization to get it faster any help will be appreciated thaks
When we import bank data there's an option of matching transactions to bills. I know that this matching is done by the amount. It will be only successful if the sums of a bill and a transaction are the same. But is there an option to match by other fields, for example the Description field?According to the answer here only a bill with the same amount could be matched to a transaction. I wonder if anything changed since then (2020)P.S. Maybe there's a way to automate this process in a way that some bank transaction could be matched to a bill based on various fields

Hi all - I keep getting referred to the blogs, the videos, etc and cannot seem to reach a live person to help walk me through this issue. I have an invoice a customer paid, then their bank rejected it and pulled it back out of my account. So the invoice says paid, even though it was rejected. I had to recreate a new invoice for this customer so they could pay it, but now the first invoice says I need to fix it and I'm not sure how to since it shows paid even though it's not because the bank rejected it or did a chargeback. Can anyone walk me through step by step how to fix this? I don't want to delete the first invoice because I'm afraid this will mess up book keeping stuff. Thanks in advance.
I run a service business, and billing is hourly. If someone is charged a $200 hourly and the quanity is .5 for that line item, the line item should read $100. That was all fine with the desktop product, and even here online for a while. Today the quantity field disappeared, so that just the date, service, and amount with no quantity or per unit (hourly) specified, so the customer can't tell for how much time they're being charged. I tried different invoice templates, it doesn't seem to let me create new ones, I've tried turning on every option in Design or Customization of the invoice. None of that works? Where did "Quantity" go, and how do I get it back? THANKS!
