QuickBooks Q&A (Global)

Each time I click "Update" in the bank transactions section, QBO shows that it’s connected and brings me to a “Done” page—but no new transactions are pulled in. I’ve also tried editing and re-entering my login credentials (which are correct), and QBO again shows a successful connection, but still no new data appears. I’ve contacted the online help desk multiple times, but so far I’ve only been told that the engineers are looking into it. I only knew that 10+ users have also been affected and are attached to the same investigation and typically, such issues are resolved within 36–48 hours. Now it seems the issue has not been fixed yet.

Received an email that QBO will no longer support direct bank feed to HSBC HK. Anyone else affected by this and do you have any quicker solutions than daily cab manual updating? Bugs

How do I change corporation names and EIN?

I'm preparing a T4A Return in Quickbooks Online for the first time and it is including GST in error. T4A is not to have GST otherwise the service provider will be taxed on the GST amounts. Is there a way to tell QBO to exclude GST paid? This is happening with suppliers that have both been recorded with GST included and GST exclueded.
