Client is sole trader AND a landlord. Ref MTD for Income Tax how do I report these two income streams via QB MTD? Or will I need to separate into two QB accounts?

Estimate/Invoice text moved

In the Invoice and Estimate etc printouts, the text for the sub-table showing VAT, Total etc has moved all the way to the left, it used to be aligned sensibly to the right (next to the numbers).  In the template editor, it still shows correctly on the right... Real printout....Form/Template editor:

Am I the only user to experience no discount option on invoices even although its switched on in the sales settings?

I am struggling with a couple of errors when trying to file through Pro Tax. 1st one is error EC9252, when I follow the instructions it still won't resolve.

The 2nd is I am entering nil profit - and it won't allow this either? Any help gratefully appreciated

I have Quickbooks self-employed (sole trader). Will this allow me to submit my MTD returns each quarter to HMRC myself (without using an accountant)? If not, which will?

I will need to complete MTD returns from April 2026 and I do my own accounts and not the use of an accountant. If QB cannot provide this I will have to consider switching to another provider, sadly.

How do I indicate that the requested amount is a part payment of the total amount on an invoice?
